Well after yesterday, looks like DEXO is going to test $.80.

I think DEXO has found bottom. Been loading shares @ $.90 and below the last few days.

This is certainly a stock that will need to be held for the rest of the year to see the light - IMO the financials are there.

I'm hoping what we just saw was the traders jumping ship. Now let the investors sit tight while the numbers justify a higher PPS, and watch the traders pile back on later in the year.

Not sure I follow? Largest institutional holder is consistently selling and that's not a concern?

Obiously, they know alot.

I assume all other purchases were long time ago or stock received in return for debt. Former purchases are irrelevent now. Only thing evident is they are selling when they can. They would sell it all but are simply stuck?? Larger sales would destroy price.

I agree, the company could turn around, but largest holder has no faith.

Last release shows large continued decline in revenues with very modest improvement in cost structure. Only $10 MM costs cut.

Does not appear they can turn it around fast enough. Topline bleeding has not stopped.

Looks like the news meant little to nothing to the market, and when people saw that they sold off. Fear.

Maybe a little rebound tomorrow considering selling on good news isn't exactly sound.

This stock is undervalued, and when this company gets above water at the end of this year the PPS should soar.

Great numbers. Guidance was met, and if guidance continues to be met throughout the year this company will be turning profits again.

This aught to give a little CPR to the PPS

Chrader We should see a very nice 1Q report in the AM
not sure where the PPS will end up as there could be a sharp increase if the news is as good as I suspect. and if the news is soso than I really dont know where the PPS will end up as there are strong short forces going on here.
I do know one thing and thats that mockett does not like loosing money and at the current PPS he is loosing big, I am banking on him to pull this around sooner than later.

Franklin March sales are Less than 5% of there holdings and the most important part is that Franklin has added way more than the march sales.
I agree with you that it is a sale and raises some concern but in this case I dont see any red flags

My point was that Franklin owns +27% - (may be another Franklin arm with substantial holdings) and they have been a seller.

Also, I believe DEXO has been playing fast and loose with digital disclosures. Only 11% of sales in 2011. Their disclosures would lead you to believe otherwise. Makes it a much more difficult race to stay above water.

Hard to find safety in any market these days. Certainly DEXO won't be able to find safety like they did in the cornered yellow pages market.

However, they are smart to go into local advertising as that is a profitable market these days. So will it be 60 pps? No I don't think so. But I do think the company will grab back enough confidence over the next year or so to sit on a more respectable pps. That's why I'm in now.

Lymans: I haven't analyzed it enuf to have a position on whether they will have a nice q1 eps..I think that a buy back of the senior debt is plausible. However, I don't think that DEXO can really head in the right direction..because, do they even have a sustainable business model? They deal with print and online marketing stuff. Where is the safety in that type of business model? i don't see any

IMO 2012 1Q EPS will be good and the street will start to see that DEXO has not only turned the corner but they are heading in the right direction.
Mockett and gang are not Dummies as they have done this before,
expect the release of the 2017 debt buy down acceptance to be announced in conjunction with or close to the 1Q release.

A good 1Q EPS in conjunction with acceptance of the debt buy down at sub par (current offer) along with anouncement of another offer to repurchase more debt and we will be seeing huge jumps in the PPS

2012 Q1 results release is April 26.

Stock is looking like a ghost town right now - hopefully the numbers will change that

I am not aware of the 20MM Franklin (Dispose), just because I dont see it doesnt mean its not happening... do you have proof please.

Well, I think we have pretty much hit bottom as a support of 1.30 is now in tack which should be a signal to buy as its has bounced off of this twice now.

The worst is over and this should start to move up next week.

I suggest anyone new has a great opportunity to buy at the bottom now.

Nice post and agreed. Each trading day you can see this doesn't want to go much lower, even on market red days now it is either up or barely down. We now make our ascent north!!

I also noticed large block owners has increased to 100
last time I looked I think it was in the 80s+

Im thinking this is going to head north with volume soon, was a little to calm today...

this goes up a buck and Franklin increases there portfolio by a cool 40M+

Looks like the Plan to repurchase Debt will satisfy the street in the long run, couple this with a descent 1Q and the picture become much clearer.

100% agree Sciguy as I have been flipping seperate shares since NOV and have been all out more than a few times myself.
I am hoping the INST'S will hold the lows above the NYSE listng min requirements. not sure if they will as a notice of delisting would give dexo even more leverage in negotiating more debt buy downs at sub par. but I am not willing to leave all in if this is allowed to drop under NYSE min req. and I would hope the Institutions feel the same. only time will tell

No current position in DEXO, but have been in and out 2x the past month or so. Curious.....With the SD downgrade the stock goes to 1 or below, right? Even if that drop is short-lived, why not make it a positive? Why hold while stock loses 25% or more of its present value?

Yes I am and will continue to hold for 2Q results for further assesment, IMO Mockett and gang have chosen the current path. 4q 2011 accounting has some eps discrepencies(see yahoo maxdad post day of 4Q release) I believe the 4Q was thrown under the bus
and 1Q 2012 forecast outlook "slightly down" Is a Mockett Master plan.
Why?
the results of a better than expected 4Q would have been an increase in PPS that might last for a few qtrs and would also have a negative affect on the leverage for the debt buy back.
report a great qtr and pay more to buy the debt back.
4Q results as reported allowed them to buy debt back at an incredible discount. I notice they are not buying debt back in one shot, why? offer to purchase at sub par gets DEX an S&P downgrade and the actual purchase gets them another downgrade which will allow DEX to negotiate for an even better buy back % on the next round already in process.
This all seems to feed into the debt buy back plan which IMO the debt is the biggest hurdle.
Report a soso 4Q and maybe 1Q just soso enough to keep the INST from running for the hills, all the while buying back the debt at a steep discount. end results for throwing 4Q under the bus is the enhancement of an entire future of qtrs by removing the debt.
after all the debt buy backs are completed S&P will review and upgrade the rating (I dont want to miss that day)as the PPS is extremely undervalued.

Another thing I noticed is the debt buy down projections for 2012 started at 200M then increased to 400M and increased again to 500M

Fact is Franklin has added 32% to there holdings with a recent sell off of less than 1%
along with ALL other INST'S adding to there positions.

Dont let the other discussions take your eye off the ball(debt)
thats the problem, I am not discounting that the DIGI vs PRINT discussion is not a valid one, but it is definetly secondary to the debt.

S&P downgraded us.
The negative outlook reflects our view that upon commencement of a subpar repurchase of term debt, we expect to lower the corporate credit rating to 'SD' (selective default) and the issue-level rating on the company's senior secured credit facilities affected by the sub par buyback to 'D'. Shortly after completing the subpar buyback we expect to raise the corporate credit rating to a level that accurately reflects the ongoing credit risk of the company.

Goldman Sacks sucks!! They control too much of everything.

If this goes under a dollar buy as much as possible, the only reason it was downgraded was because they view this as a default because their not paying sky rocketing interest as they first agreed apon when in reality the company is saving more money over a period of time thus reducing their debt immediately. I view this as a good thing and so should the as*ses at the S&P.
