IMO 2012 1Q EPS will be good and the street will start to see that DEXO has not only turned the corner but they are heading in the right direction.
Mockett and gang are not Dummies as they have done this before,
expect the release of the 2017 debt buy down acceptance to be announced in conjunction with or close to the 1Q release.

A good 1Q EPS in conjunction with acceptance of the debt buy down at sub par (current offer) along with anouncement of another offer to repurchase more debt and we will be seeing huge jumps in the PPS
