The best time (only time) to do a r/s and actually have a chance of it working is

1. PR regularly new developments (real stuff of course) to help get the interest in the stock moving... even if we got up to .00's it make a huge difference in the size of reverse demand. If it could get up to .005 first, a huge plus for all involved, including the company... then

2. Have a PR or two waiting that is SOLID news to support the reverse. Then it might hold its own or even grow a little...of course ALL paperwork and filings have to be current with a goal of being top notch with the SEC for that to work too...no big investors or institution will ever look at this unless that is done... and price is above $2 prob.

Guaranteed if they do it here, it will drop 80% in 3 months if they don't support it with HUGE, SOLID news...

That's why I say, if they do it, dump it and run and never look back... hope the CEO reads this... I know what I'm talking about... and those of you who've been around pennies for years too know it's true...

Sure hope he's smarter than that.... or it'll be Dr. Dumb (is he really a Dr. of anything?)

hunter... I agree... they should be PR'ing any new sales channels. That is not fluff, it is business... Apple does commercials if they change a button on an already existing item...there is nothing wrong with it.

If they are west coast anywhere, they need to say so, publicly... if they have larger orders coming in, they should say so too...its a new company trying to survive a competitive market.

Hopefully he is smart enough to not even think about reversing this at this point...it would be the death of them for sure..delayed maybe, but almost ALL companies that try that at this point in their evolution fail, history tells that true story... I've been doing this a long time and it (almost) ALWAYS happens.... I'll dump the sec it happens and never be a customer if they do, that is for sure...and never come back. Stupid will not get any support from me. R/S = bad management...why would you want to give them a second chance?

So.... they need to open up, keep up with investors better and start getting some updates out. An letter to investors with goals for '14 would be nice, responsible and a show of concern for those who are supporting the product and company...

Social media needs to be hammered with product info and benefits...and ALL sleep help sites need to be contacted with the specific information about the product too... that could be a HUGE market.. .10-.40/share market. They should be aggressive about it.

To whom it may concern

I, as well as several others, invested a significant amount of money in DEWM, and barring a run in early January, the stock has traded between $.0004 and $.0005; essential at a stagnant existence for over two weeks, dipping even further below at times. The market movers are "flipping" profits between the two values mentioned above, leaving the ones such as myself who believe in the marketability and profitability of the product, with no choice but to accumulate what the "flippers" leave behind, in hopes that further dilution doesn't occur and the pps will finally run up, hopefully into pennies and perhaps even further.

As much as word of mouth catalyzes the sale of your profit, it does very little by way of increasing the pps of stock. The crux of this correspondence is two-fold:

1) To request a positive press release outlining product development and further distribution.

2) To determine if WALMART is the only store carrying the product. I've heard several times on several forums that AMAZON.com sells it, as well as some other websites. Furthermore, I'm aware that the product can be found in some convenience stores.

Please pardon my frankness, but it's difficult to see a product that has such potential, lay stagnant when it is literally in the incipient stage of items of its type. The stock charts look like a break-out is imminent, however the MMs are holding it down, leaving several of us holding share in a state of frustration.

I state the above, to say this: A press release, stating the expansion of the product, lack of dilution, and disdain for manipulation could send this stock into astronomical levels (possibly a 10 bagger in a short period of time).

We (as I speak for my fellow long-holding investors) truly believe in your product and are looking forward to a soundly prompt press release and some great news.

When great news comes and I believe it will be soon, the MM's can try any fake wall they want, but we're going to blow right through it. DEWM being SUED for MISCONDUCT by Shareholders.


On November 9, 2011, Charles Moody and DeWayne McKoy filed a claim against DSD and Marco Moran, CEO, in Bossier Parish, LA 26th Judicial Court. Charles Moody and Dewayne McKoy, allegedly both shareholders of DSD, brought an action against Dr. Moran alleging that he engaged in various acts of misconduct and breaches of his fiduciary duties to the corporation which damaged them as minority shareholders. Moody and McKoy also seek damages from Dr. Moran for dilution and/or loss of value of their shareholder interest in DSD as a result of his alleged misconduct. DSD is a nominal defendant in this derivative action, as required by Louisiana law. Initial pleadings have been filed and exceptions to the plaintiff’s claims have been asserted. Discovery has not yet commenced. DSD vigorously denies that its officers or directors engaged in any conduct which may have harmed minority shareholders.
