Really? What broker do you use ? I use TD Ameritrade and all buy orders are rejected until they get current or limited(they got to upload them files at some point imo , looks close now) .You said you have an order in now? how?

DEWM Volume popped on the filings update news fri hmmmm , what are we seeing ? market makers playing with themselves some catch lol.

DEWM been moving at a snails pace these past months, but things can change fast and we are getting close imo .

Any good news updates and then they turn this back on could bring a gap and run , .005 to .10+ would be nice with some nice volume days :>

Still holding from .002, and .004 gets 1/2 my shares and I will let the rest ride .

When this opens back up will add a few more of course.

Seems like this guy John Manos as well as Roy Silverstein have very large stakes in this company. OS up a bunch but all restricted shares seems like.

Hunter owns 1,000,000,000 common shares himself which I see is a good thing since it’s in his best Interest the stock goes up.

This is as of 12/31/21. Since this has barely traded since then he has a very large reason for wanting this to succeed. Will see. I only have 2.5 million shares I think gotta check

The Filings are ready , but for some reason DEWM has held off uploading them to Otcmarkets.com , it has been over 2 months now since they put the last required financials on their website here

To sum it up current : DEWM is holding itself hostage from any buyers , maybe they are waiting to release news updates and then they will turn the buy switch back on at the same time?(upload+news)

The financials are there ,hmmmmmm.


And besides they can't even dilute without the buy switch turned on , very odd for a penny stock to hold off getting back on the market like this.

Maybe they have an expiring note holder or something and are waiting for them to clear out?


The only other thing I noticed is they let the trademark application in Canada for their KushCakes become abandoned on 11/30/21
