hunter... it is very disturbing to me that the company appears to be expanding the product into new areas (thanks for yours and others' DD), however, they fail to make it VERY public that the product is there...

This is a company that is likely not supporting itself yet and having to sell shares for production and monthly expenses can only last so long.... so wouldn't it be smarter to announce to the world (and locally in areas where it is avail) that the product IS now avail in X and X areas.... the stock will respond and they would have to sell fewer shares to support themselves....

Common DR... get the word out and make it regular every time to get into a new store.... they don't need expensive advertising...yet,...but they do need to get the word out....

keep an eye on dpbe...slow and cheap now, but treasure division coming and A LOT of ships to search in their area.... they find the big one and it'll be pennies overnight imo...

I'll be picking up some more DEWM this week... I think this month we move big...

DEWM being SUED for MISCONDUCT by Shareholders.


On November 9, 2011, Charles Moody and DeWayne McKoy filed a claim against DSD and Marco Moran, CEO, in Bossier Parish, LA 26th Judicial Court. Charles Moody and Dewayne McKoy, allegedly both shareholders of DSD, brought an action against Dr. Moran alleging that he engaged in various acts of misconduct and breaches of his fiduciary duties to the corporation which damaged them as minority shareholders. Moody and McKoy also seek damages from Dr. Moran for dilution and/or loss of value of their shareholder interest in DSD as a result of his alleged misconduct. DSD is a nominal defendant in this derivative action, as required by Louisiana law. Initial pleadings have been filed and exceptions to the plaintiff’s claims have been asserted. Discovery has not yet commenced. DSD vigorously denies that its officers or directors engaged in any conduct which may have harmed minority shareholders.

I can tell you firsthand that I know this company is going to go nation-wide. They are in numerous KC, MO stores already. I currently don't own shares, but I'm looking forward to getting some .0004's soon to hold for the run that will happen sometime in the next month-2.

$84,000 worth of dilution in Jan at .0005. Looks like it's selling at .0004 for only 65-67000. Not too much for a company who is selling product almost nationwide and struggling to keep up with production. Within 2-3 months they may be in the black and not need to dilute.
