DEWM being SUED for MISCONDUCT by Shareholders.


On November 9, 2011, Charles Moody and DeWayne McKoy filed a claim against DSD and Marco Moran, CEO, in Bossier Parish, LA 26th Judicial Court. Charles Moody and Dewayne McKoy, allegedly both shareholders of DSD, brought an action against Dr. Moran alleging that he engaged in various acts of misconduct and breaches of his fiduciary duties to the corporation which damaged them as minority shareholders. Moody and McKoy also seek damages from Dr. Moran for dilution and/or loss of value of their shareholder interest in DSD as a result of his alleged misconduct. DSD is a nominal defendant in this derivative action, as required by Louisiana law. Initial pleadings have been filed and exceptions to the plaintiff’s claims have been asserted. Discovery has not yet commenced. DSD vigorously denies that its officers or directors engaged in any conduct which may have harmed minority shareholders.

Yeah, I will be ordering some LEAN next week. I emailed them not too long ago about inventory online. Feb 3rd they stated it will be in stock again. We'll see.

I'll admit I'm worried about production a bit... no word from the company and only Yella avail on their site... they should never be out of product, or at least for this long, on the site...

good they are selling...bad we have to wait.... what about Walmart? If they have to wait, its over. I know them, they don't. They expect regular product when they ask for it... and in the quantities they ask for....

If they go nationwide, and Walmart asks for 5 cases of each for 4177 stores, can they produce it? Walmart wont wait for them to produce AFTER an order...they expect it to be on the way WHEN they order...

Its a catch 22... they surely want to sell to all stores and we hope they will... but Walmart will NOT go national with them UNTIL they can deliver when ordered and how ordered....

Big upfront $$ to be ready...just in case... scary, but HUGE if they can pull it off...

Hey, barely over a year ago, NTEK was .0008... nothing but an idea and problems... regardless of the 'product' and other still existing probs (including all the naysayers who think their box is fake still).... the stock hit .18

Now that is a nice return!!!

Could happen here if they go National with Walmart...takes time and those who bail will regret it IF it happens...

That said, the company MUST be regular with updates and NOT mess with the stock.... just get the product sold and in more stores...

Found out I can't transfer shares between a regular trading account and a Roth IRA. They would have to liquidate the shares and then transfer cash, and then rebuy the stock. So I said no.

So not to throw a wrench into the works, but I hope DEWM don't move until I can buy it next Friday when the cash settles in my Roth.

yes...most of great runners have at least 2-3 months retraction and cool off period before pps reflects any of the positive company developments...

some call it quits some use it as an opportunity to add on low...is not fun to watch or wait ...that's for sure...
