a. It is active in NVSOS and current , so good there
b. would be a matter of filing some updates Q etc , perhaps
another attorney letter not a big deal.
c. Then at least get to YIELD sign and most brokers at that point
will let you buy .
d. Or go through some avenue (mine will not ) that will let you buy in the Expert market .

With that being said , it is encouraging and my belief is the set up they were moving forward with will NO Longer apply here. If one recalls it was a split of some sort with THE EDGE and part of the Marriott.
I believe and they also stated that they found the St. Pete Lofts format to much better and has the ROI , which THE METRO will now be with leasing and that is also how the Ft. Myers Vantage Project was planned.

So lets see , but some wheels rolling and some first steps down , so it appears that Mark D and Team have second steps planned. In reality if they move with the filings , it could be just a few months , but we do not know what they have planned , however good to see.

I have followed Mark D all through this . It was a shame to have Covid destroy the Hotel Industry like it has , but that is history now and it is what it is.

DEVM then really did the best move and changed from THE EDGE after the Marriot Deal fell apart due to the above .. to THE METRO in St. Pete.
Smart move after the Vantage in St. Pete took off once completed with the Leasing side, so hence how THE METRO is now formatted, approved and shovel in the ground permitted will be soon ready to go.

I thought it was fantastic that they look to go current again and I know they are current and active in the NV SOS so that is good , just a matter of catching up is all. That is what Mark indicated, so keep an eye here and I will also , they will rise up again like the "Phoenix", just a great team.

It is a shame that the Corona Virus came around and affected so many personally and business wise, like the hotel industry . Hopefully THE METRO project can be morphed in with the Ft. Myers Vantage Project in some format to keep the original DEVM Devmar Equities going. However only
TIME will tell, they got the construction loan already and had the land purchased under the original deal, so they can go a variety of ways it appears.
