Unless I missed it, I went thru all the 8-k filings and can not find where it has been settled... but that does not mean it was not settled and then entered into one of the 10Q or 10K filings...

I dont feel up to reading thru them at the moment as that seems to be the least of our problems with this stock at the moment.

I for one would like to see you ack on your concerns about DTRO...rather then continue to just post the same information time and time again.

In 2010, Larrucea becomes the CEO, James J. Crimi is hired ( who has a criminal record ) as the IR. The release of 23 pr's in a 5 month span. The alleged contract surfaces with a nameless F500 for a NAMELESS product. Rebreather surfaces and being tested in a forgein country.

In 2011, only 5 PR'S. from 11/2010 to 12/2011. One of which claimed " several batches of a product was made for distribution ". Also RETRO fitting was being made for " MASS PRODUCTION " for the un-known product for a NAMELESS F500 company.
A UN-ANNOUNCED R/S took place " to clean up share price " Post R/S PPS is down more than 80 percent.DEBT has doubled to over 7 million dollars.The hiring of a TOP NOTCH public relation firm.
Exhibition was held in June 2011 for REBREATHER.Rumor surfaces concerning a possible buyout of the wheel portion of Elasco.

In 2012 NOT one PR has been released to date concerning ANY of the above ventures or the following :

1. the alleged contract with a F500 going on 24 months old

2. rebreather exhibition going on one year old

3. the results of claimed batches of the un-known product.

4. the status of the retro fitting for mass production

5. why in DEFAULT with filing fees

6. why James J. Crimi was released as IR ( if true )

7. why the un-announced R/S

8. why the DEBT has doubled

TJG I believe you and I will join forces one day either to support DTRO or to take down Larrucea.

Deleting posts that are not following the TOU is simply what MODS are required to do... You are much better served by writing posts that are prudent to the stock as in the long run if you run up to many deletions you can be put on the banned list by the admin.

The following order of events made me very cautious of Larrucea and DTRO :

1. 23 fluff PR's in 2010 and only 5 since

2. the hiring of James Crimi with a past criminal record

3. the growing DEBT

4. the NAMELESS F500 company thats almost 2 years old

5. the UN-ANNOUNCED R/S " to clean up share price " which now is more than 80 % lower

6. rebreather being tested in a foreign country.

7. Default on paying annual filing fees.

8. last but not least Larrucea silence for past several months.

I stand corrected on that one... they are currently late on Q 1.

Their Q 2 ended on March 31 and most likely they will we late with that as well the way things seem to be going.

NO .. DTRO filed its 10K for the year ended 9/30/11.

The Q1 for the three months ended December 31, 2011 was due Feb. 15, 2012 but has not been filed.

The company is now 2 quarters behind on their Fin's the last Fins released were for period ending Sept 30. They have yet to release Q4 and year end for 2011 and have not released the 1st Q for 2012. This information is FACTUAL anyone claiming to know where they stand on debt or anything else that could only be known by reading a Financial statement is just grasping at straws...

A simple check of the financial section for DTRO on the OTC web page will tell you that.

Your perception of insider buying, for a stock like this one, is really funny... why on earth would there be insider buying and just who do you think would be doing the buying...

Just for argument lets say there was one... if anyone from the buying or merging into side of the fence was to buy in, on the size that insiders buy, that's illegal (psst ask Martha Stewart about insider trading on stocks that are merging or selling out)... anyone on Deltrons side...why would they buy a stock that will be owned by someone else... where do you come up with this stuff... amazing.

Insider buying happens, but there are circumstances for it...and what may be happening here, is not one of those circumstances.

I noticed DTRO has ( PL ) with it's name.

Bankruptcy is more likely than not. Far too much debt for a merger or a buyout.

There is no chance of a RS happening... there is of a forward split if this does do a name and symbol change though... the OS has not changed since its easy to see just how little the volume has been since they issued those 30 million shares to the CEO ...thats why the float is so low, those shares have not been put into the free trading market as of yet.

Correct I did not buy any today... it is hard to determine if the F500 is still on or not... I think that Deltron is going selling the shell and we are going to see a name and symbol change soon.

Deltron has been silent and there is a silent rule with FINRA when a symbol and name change is in the process of being approved. This is just my opinion based on the DD I have put out.

As for the BK thoughts by others here... dont see it happening... Elasco is going strong from what I have been able to find out...

FYI, I have been able to verify through a back door that the F500 company is 3M, but I am not sure the project is a go.

I disagree. All the Debt that DTRO is carrying could easily trigger a bankruptcy.
