Just for argument lets say there was one... if anyone from the buying or merging into side of the fence was to buy in, on the size that insiders buy, that's illegal (psst ask Martha Stewart about insider trading on stocks that are merging or selling out)... anyone on Deltrons side...why would they buy a stock that will be owned by someone else... where do you come up with this stuff... amazing.
Insider buying happens, but there are circumstances for it...and what may be happening here, is not one of those circumstances.
