Question : what does the letters ( PL ) stand for in a stock quote ?

I noticed DTRO has ( PL ) with it's name.

Does it mean anything.

There is no chance of a RS happening... there is of a forward split if this does do a name and symbol change though... the OS has not changed since its easy to see just how little the volume has been since they issued those 30 million shares to the CEO ...thats why the float is so low, those shares have not been put into the free trading market as of yet.

Correct I did not buy any today... it is hard to determine if the F500 is still on or not... I think that Deltron is going selling the shell and we are going to see a name and symbol change soon.

Deltron has been silent and there is a silent rule with FINRA when a symbol and name change is in the process of being approved. This is just my opinion based on the DD I have put out.

As for the BK thoughts by others here... dont see it happening... Elasco is going strong from what I have been able to find out...

FYI, I have been able to verify through a back door that the F500 company is 3M, but I am not sure the project is a go.

I dont know for sure... but this morning when I went to Pinksheets.com and tried pulling up DTRO it would not come up...said company not found...

Just now I tried again and it came back up... but now on Etrade when you put in the symbol in the Quote box Deltron comes up with the word NEW after the symbol and its now listed under the Financial sector for its business status.

The web page for Deltron no longer lists its Company's all you get when you click the links is an error page...also when you click the contact link you get an error page.

Yet you can access both Blu Vu and Elasco by going directly to their web address...you just can not access them from the Deltron web page.

Something is up with this company but what is the question... and we now have volume coming in...

Not having paid that fee means nothing to the daily operations of the company, has no baring on any sales that are being made at Elasco or any research being done by Blu Vu.

So until they are revoked, its really not a topic that most are interested in.

Yes. DTRO is still in default with Nevada Sec. of State for failing to file its annual report.
On October 1, 2012, DTRO will be REVOKED if they do not pay the fee of $5,975.00.

Hey BigFoot. I agree as well. Last time this ran it was promo'd to hell. Then diluted the R/S.....lots of bagholders. IMO yesterdays action was manipulation......not sure why. Have not looked at fins so unsure of debt.

I have stated numberous times months ago that FLUFF pr season was over and Larrucea knew it.

He took DTRO as far as he could on FLUFF pr's and he killed the pps to get there and probably for personal gains.

As the days,weeks and months pass it looks more and more like a SCAM.

Also Victory Stocks has DTRO listed as a possible huge scam.

Their reputation leaves alot to be desired but if you subscribe to them they will give 10 reasons as to why they feel DTRO might be a scam.

My personal reasons as to why I feel it's very possible :

1. huge amount of DEBT over 7 million and counting

2. contract with a NAMELESS F500 company amost 2 years old.

3. 23 pr's in 5 months in 2010 and ONLY 6 since 11/2010

4. rebreather expo almost 1 year old and NO news on results

5. default on paying annual filing fees.

6. the hiring of James J. Crimi, with a criminal background in the stock market.

7. the reason given for the UN-ANNOUNCED R/S " clean up share price " to attrract new monies. post r/s pps is down more than 75 %

8. rebreather was being tested in a FOREIGN country

9. NO news on the reto fitting of machinery for " mass production " it's about 6 months since that announcement.

10. what about that batch of product that was going to distribution ?

The above is my personal reasons as to why I feel DTRO might be a SCAM.

Deltron announced this morning that it is developing the manufacturing capability for a Fortune 500 company consumer product. Man, this sounds like a great company to buy especially at this price right? Well 99.9% of these press releases are complete BS, and this one probably falls in that category. DTRO was trading at over $0.03 earlier this year and now its trading at fractions of a penny. Doesn’t really sound like a company a Fortune 500 company would work with does it. But hey who knows, anything can happen in the stock market.

Actually BF as the DD progressed and I now know they are still in business... all I see is they are updating the web site to include more info on both of their subsidiaries .... that's just my opinion.

I also think the contact info is down because they will be adding more areas for folks to contact them thru and about.

So I see this as a positive... as far as the PR's go thats the way it works at this level.. the newer a company is when its in development... remember when all those PR's were coming out Blu Vu was just brought into the fold. Its customary to put out PRs like that...as they moved forward they see that the development takes a bit longer, and things move slower, thus the PR's slow down. Very common they are past the development stage and on to the results stage...even though we have yet to see any they are all set up to deliver (hopefully)

I think the filing they put up on their web page and these developments we are much closer to getting this stock moving... All just my take and opinion on it. Time will tell.

I believe it's time we ALL ban together and put our differences aside just in case we were screwed by Larrucea and Crimi. We should pursue ALL avenues to STOP this from happening again.

I'm not jumping the gun but we need to be prepare.

I personally will pursue Larrucea and Crimi through the legal system if I was mis-lead by bogus info released by Larrucea and James J. Crimi.

I hope there's no need for me to act but I'm prepared to.
