Also Victory Stocks has DTRO listed as a possible huge scam.

Their reputation leaves alot to be desired but if you subscribe to them they will give 10 reasons as to why they feel DTRO might be a scam.

My personal reasons as to why I feel it's very possible :

1. huge amount of DEBT over 7 million and counting

2. contract with a NAMELESS F500 company amost 2 years old.

3. 23 pr's in 5 months in 2010 and ONLY 6 since 11/2010

4. rebreather expo almost 1 year old and NO news on results

5. default on paying annual filing fees.

6. the hiring of James J. Crimi, with a criminal background in the stock market.

7. the reason given for the UN-ANNOUNCED R/S " clean up share price " to attrract new monies. post r/s pps is down more than 75 %

8. rebreather was being tested in a FOREIGN country

9. NO news on the reto fitting of machinery for " mass production " it's about 6 months since that announcement.

10. what about that batch of product that was going to distribution ?

The above is my personal reasons as to why I feel DTRO might be a SCAM.
