I agree....looks like Henery had hoped to secure financing with the higher PPS but instead all he got was turned down... so he picked up his marbles and went home.... all that is left to do now is just wait for the RM that will in time happen....

Amazing that they could have a company (Elasco) that has been in business since 1979 and they still could not make this work... oh and by the way... Elasco is still open and all employees are reporting to work... had my friend run out there and he says nothing at that site has changed...

Looks to me like Blu Vu killed this beast...simply drained all the capital before they could get it up and running... My guess is the rebreather technology will be sold to a company like Titan and then Blu Vu will be desolved and Henery keeps his wheel company and the two new bafoons running the shell that is now DTRO move it into what ever penny scheme they can come up with... all the while we just wait and see if there is any chance for salvation on our investment...

Since we are now all holding a shell thats how it goes... at some point in time they will announce that the shell is being RM'd into another company and depending on what that company is will dictate what the PPS does...but for now with such a large spread between the Bid and Ask I would not get overly concerned with a 211 share sell just some one saying enough is a enough and sold they after split tiny holdings IMO ..... most likely someone who is now big time red will buy 100 shares just so it wont look so bad on their ledger....

Yea, you're right...forgot Henry still had controlling interest in both companies. Sounds like we are back to a shell again. Now we wait and see if the new regime gets filings current and merges a plausible, operating company that can generate some revenues!

I dont think we do... even though the CEO stepped down...he still onws over 53% of the stocks... so its still his company..this is all just playing out a little bit at a time as the new folks move it forward....

My guess is the next PR we see from them will be a LOI PR on how some new company is coming in and Elasco and Blu Vu will be spun back off as private companys.... and I am still very sure that Titan will be buying the Blu Vu patents from good old Henry.

If a company who misleads investors to believing how successful the company will be by BOGUS pr's and fraudent claims then you CAN sue.

On June 13, 2012, the Board of Directors of Deltron, Inc. (the "Company"),filed a Form 15-D with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") voluntarily suspending its reporting obligations with the SEC. As a result of this action, the common stock of the Company is no longer traded on the OTCQX Bulletin Board. The Company continues to trade on the OTC Markets, formerly the "PINKS.

The Board of Directors resolution, which passed on June 11, 2012 expresses the Board's intention to use this moratorium to better utilize its resources to more efficiently bolster operations to attract suitable merger and/or acquisition candidates to be better able in the future to afford the cost of reporting compliance.

The Company is actively engaged in seeking a suitable merger or acquisition partner along with a renewed financing activity to allow it to continue its business development. Once adequate sustainable financing has been secured, the Company will resume its reporting obligation.

One thing to keep in mind here is this.... The old management of Deltron was not experienced in the ways of penny stocks. They were for the most part just business men and product developers who got in over their head.

But the new management, they have been playing the penny game for some time... they took this over for a reason...so they could make some money off of it... for the present we are bag holders, but they will get a run out of this...and when they do it will be time for current holders to get out while you can and let those who buy into what ever these guys are selling take over... its the way of the land here in the Wild, Wild, West....known as penny stocks...

Good post bro regarding a possible shell here. Would definatley be a waiting game if that is played out. PPS could fall rapidly though as you mentioned.... true test of testicular fortitude here.....
