I agree....looks like Henery had hoped to secure financing with the higher PPS but instead all he got was turned down... so he picked up his marbles and went home.... all that is left to do now is just wait for the RM that will in time happen....

Amazing that they could have a company (Elasco) that has been in business since 1979 and they still could not make this work... oh and by the way... Elasco is still open and all employees are reporting to work... had my friend run out there and he says nothing at that site has changed...

Looks to me like Blu Vu killed this beast...simply drained all the capital before they could get it up and running... My guess is the rebreather technology will be sold to a company like Titan and then Blu Vu will be desolved and Henery keeps his wheel company and the two new bafoons running the shell that is now DTRO move it into what ever penny scheme they can come up with... all the while we just wait and see if there is any chance for salvation on our investment...
