Tell me about it. See e.g. PGLO. Lazar still listed as CEO, etc on OTC markets but sold shell last year which was (seemingly) reversed merged into a Chinese company, flywheel financial, based in Hong Kong. https://flywheelfs.com/en/home/

Flywheel announced a reverse split but never effectuated it, and has been radio silent ever since. Which sucks, because it’s a gorgeous share structure and market cap. And it’s just sitting in limbo/purgatory until further notice…

Share structure looks good. However, I get nervous when I see Chinese names associated with Lazar shells - he has sold some to various Chinese entities in the past, and those new owners have often gone radio silent and not given a damn about legacy shareholders.

You have to be a Canadian resident. The SEC doesn't allow trading in the Expert Market in the US for average retail traders. A few expert traders who have millions in their accounts and are approved by the SEC can trade in the Expert Market but not your average trader like most of us.

I don’t know that one. As a general rule however I would take all dates to be cast in Jell-O. Expect delays.

There are a few tickers Lazar has on the expert market that you could keep an eye on for when they go current: GPSI, ETNI, HTHL. There are others but these have the most decent share structures imo. ZENO is already current and has a good share structure.
