Me too, a couple of companies in the mortgage field cut but most of them stayed the course or raised their dividends. Transportation companies getting merchandise from point A to point B are in high demand. OTR, Cargo ships and Railroads

EGLE is rising heading in to the CC where they'll announce the X date. Business has to be good to declare a $2.00 dividend. Short term play is for this months dividend. Long term I'd watch for lows after the dividend is paid, usually around the 45 day mark in between quarterlies is where the low usually surfaces. A month ago EGLE was in the $40's

I understand that this stock is making a DIVI payment, what I am stating is that this stock had made DIVI payments then stopped for 10 years.
Just wanted to make sure you did not get stuck in a stock that has a history of NOT MAKING DIVI PAYMENTS for long peroids of time.

I also stated that it is not for me, nothing more.

DSX has not paid a dividend from 2011 thru 2021 thats 10 years with no DIVI.

Not a stock I would ever consider buying. IMO
