Unified Signal / DataJack, Inc. (DJAK) Announces Deployment of First-of-Kind Multi Carrier Share Plan Billing Suite
Kirkland, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/14 – Unified Signal / DataJack, Inc. (OTCQB: DJAK)), a leading MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) in the telecommunications industry, today announced that it has launched new billing functionality to its 17 MVNO clients. This first-of-kind functionality allows clients using the Unified Signal software billing enablement suite to offer their respective customer groups share plans but with a very major differentiator. Customers can now bundle multiple wireless carriers on one bill and share data amongst a group of people regardless of what carrier they are on."
Unified Signal's Chief Executive Officer, Paris Holt, stated, "The trend in the wireless industry is family shares plans. We took this concept and greatly expanded on it. With our new code update that was released last week, our clients can now create and launch shares plans that span multiple inter-personal groups, including families, friends, and businesses. Each of these social/business circles had different functional requirements that we had to code to. Even more significant was our ability to offer this capability across multiple carrier networks within a single group share plan. This is the first time this cross functionality has been accomplished anywhere in the world and it was not an easy task and we are very excited with the end result. This new functionality will provide our MVNO clients with higher profit margins, longer subscriber life cycles, and most importantly, a clear differentiator in the marketplace. It’s important for us to remain on the cutting edge of innovation and with the share plan functionality, I believe we are creating a new standard in the wireless resale industry, which in the end benefits both consumers and MVNOs”
Andrew Yang, Unified Signal’s Director of Carrier Operations, states, "We knew we wanted to enable our clients to offer share plans, but our team wanted a chance to create an industry first. It was not an easy road, but it was worth the 5 months of development work to recode all of our billing and rating procedures to support the new functionality. This cross carrier share strategy will be appealing to businesses as well as residential consumers that can now share plans with friends as well as family members regardless of the carrier network that their phone supports. Groups of people can now share usage across multiple carrier networks, all bundled on one billing account. Since notifying our clients of our initial plans and subsequent progress, the overall response has been extremely positive. As we move from beta testing to our full production launch over the next couple of weeks, our clients can now offer something new and compelling to consumers that has never been done before and our development team has no plans on slowing down. We will be launching more exciting and equally as innovative feature enhancements to the billing system in the months to come.

Looks like my question has been answered. The company is not what it looked like. They have played the game of other unscrupulous companies leaving us in the lurch. Guess I'll take it on the chin and move on.
DJAK one for 20 reverse split effective tomorrow:
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?d=02/20/2014&mkt_ctg=OTCBB
OK, so there are typically 2 reasons I have found to do a reverse split. You have diluted your shares to a point that the PPS is in the sub micro's and to try and bring in more investor money you need to have room to let it fall again.
The second is to raise the PPS to the point that you can begin the process to be listed on one of the major exchanges. Nasdaq requires $4 and I don't know that the other major exchanges look to be a good fit. If this is the case and a reverse split of 20 to 1 is being used to raise the PPS to NASDAQ levels they would need to get the current PPS up to $0.20 before the split.
Do note I am not a stock guy and have only been playing around with this a few months so there could well be things I am not seeing. Will be interesting to see what the day holds
I especially like the clause about roll back and possible future dilution. What a surprise.
1:20 reverse split coming - PRE14C filed today
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=9707856
An amendment to the Company's current articles of incorporation to effect a reverse split of the Company's common stock at a ratio of twenty (20) to one (1). Neither the (i) number of authorized shares nor the par value of the shares of the Company's common stock nor (ii) number of authorized shares or the par value of the shares of the Company's preferred stock will be changed in connection with any such reverse split.
Its being walked up slowly because no one is watching. If I try to dump a million shares right now though there is no support and we are back down under a penny. Lots bought up around 1 cent. Its a good hold I think to see if this turns around. I am not too excited though just because some guys got ahead of themselves and slapped the ask a few times. At one point it jumped over a penny on about 40,000 shares, kinda funny.
Not sure why this is running but I am not arguing any
It is truly hard to understand why there is no interest in this company. Everything I hear from the company sounds like they are on target providing better reception areas for the product. Does someone have info to show why we are still going down?
Somewhere in cyberspace, there's a three buck pps estimate that someone hung on this back when it was QUMI. $DJAK
What's going on? Can't even trade this
this is a long term hold. why would you trade for a few cents?
Are you sure? I can't even trade the stock. I've owned it since it was QUMJ

Well, it's areal product, so we do stand a fightin' chance, lol. And I did speak to management awhile ago... they're real, and answer their phones. $DJAK
Ha I know!!! I keep buying more and more so my cost average goes down on this. Since I did get into this at a bit high price. Although I know we will be back at those levels in no time now!!!
Indeed... need a lot more to be whole again on this one. Pray it gets to even a fraction of those 3 dollar touts that were spouted some time ago. $DJAK
this could be huge imo.

has anyone used the datajavk product and can you comment on the speed and whether it is worth it
if this thing does a reverse then my fears are that Steven Ivestor guy probably is still a crook and we are all screwed.he will just keep.hitting the bid and keep pressure on the ask.
if they don't start advertising the product they won't have better sales
