1:20 reverse split coming - PRE14C filed today

An amendment to the Company's current articles of incorporation to effect a reverse split of the Company's common stock at a ratio of twenty (20) to one (1). Neither the (i) number of authorized shares nor the par value of the shares of the Company's common stock nor (ii) number of authorized shares or the par value of the shares of the Company's preferred stock will be changed in connection with any such reverse split.
