Very quiet here lately. I am still invested.I am stubborn like a donkey and feel like an idiot seeing so much potential in DXI Energy.

Today is the last day on the NYSE Market. From tomorrow DXI Energy will open on the OTCQB.

DXI Energy Common Stock Approved to Commence Trading on OTCQB
DXI Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT:DXI)(DXI) ("DXI" or the "Company"), an upstream oil and gas exploration and production company operating in Colorado's Piceance Basin and the Peace River Arch region in British Columbia, today announced that it will begin trading on the Over-The-Counter QB (OTCQB), a quality controlled segment of the OTC market, open only to companies that are registered with the SEC or bank regulators and who are current in the regulatory filing or to foreign companies listed on foreign stock exchanges.

As previously reported, DXI will maintain its current listing of its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Company's primary trading jurisdiction since 1969.

The Company believes the OTCQB listing will continue to provide U.S. investors with the ability to seamlessly hold and trade DXI's stock on an accredited US Exchange. The OTCQB will assign the Company a trading symbol at the opening of initial trading on OTCQB on Friday, August 5, 2016. The Company's stock will be voluntarily delisted from the NYSE MKT at the close of trading on Thursday, August 4, 2016.

DXI's management and board remain focused on aggregating and integrating high potential oil projects, developing cash flows to support long-term sustainability and building substantial core value for our stakeholders.

Well, there goes the sp again with today's disclosure that DXI will issue up to 25 million shares at C$.12, when today it closed at C$.175??? WTF other than another money grab by insiders and their cronies. I had hoped this might revisit the USD$.20's due to improving oil prices, but this will knock the legs out of that idea. What a bunch of crooked bastards!

Q1 2016 compared to Q1 in 2015 looks bad if you watch the NG chart and price. However output of NG continously increased and last several news showed promising drilling results. What makes me see things positive is the fact that we see a clear uptrend both in Oil and Gas. If we see further positive drilling results together with a continuous increase of O&G price DXI Energy will finally breakout.

Yessss Patrick! Fantastic news! There is no traffic anymore in the german board for DXI of the german Wallstreetonline page. Maybe they will wake up and realize the huge potential we have here.

Look at this : NG chart

If the NG price will recover we will see a strong rally. I am convinced we will see the Dollar sooner than later.

Had the same thought. However the situation for O&G didnt clearup yet. The chart for NG does not really look that great. Ther is still a mssive oversupply for both Oil and Natural Gas. That was the reason i didnt accumulate more shares even the newsflow is great indeed. Also there are continous warnings of a major crash in the stock market. So i am very cautious throwing another money in the barrel. I lost too much already with my investments. Also DEJ/DXI caused a big hole in my investment until now. I wished we reach 5$ some day. Then i would be happy even i have only 30K.

I feel your pain. I started buying years ago at much higher prices and have averaged down to the point where I own more of DXI than I wish I did, and am still underwater at these prices. I will say however, I'm not one of those that is down on management. They have acquired some great property's. These are extremely tough times throughout the industry. This is the typical boom/bust in the oil patch. I think they are positioned to survive this, but my frustration is it will take a few more years to get a payout on this stock.

Stock price is back to what I bought it for years ago at least, just very VERY unfortunate its after reverse splits and TONS of loss! At this rate, it will once again be down at the same price point it was just recently at....someone is winning, just not us share holders!

Good article from CME web site. Truth is it looks like we have to have a longer term view to justify holding DXI. This is not a quick payday proposition.

A R/S without real News cant help.. and the deep gas and oil price helps not realy more.. but the volume its still very low.. so at least nobody get in panic.. maybe time to buy more shares?

I talked to the IR guy, which I admit is not the best source for unbiased info, but one comment he made was that the name change was to put the past behind them and turn the corner. Doing another private placement and screwing existing shareholders would certainly not be putting the past behind them. Let's hope that is not in the cards. That being said, with these historic low NG prices (inflation adjusted NG price), anything is possible. I don't see them getting a line of credit and they still have to pay Bob's Fund back. Tough times for sure.

Trading ok after the r/s and rename. So far so good. Something to watch out for going forward would be an offering, probably discounted, to pay off loans and development costs. We shall see.

Targets are just that and as far as I'm concerned the targets Zacks comes up with are useless. We're already seeing the post-split sp decline, and if DXI decides they need to do an offering, you can bet that sp will be under renewed pressure. We really need a rebound in O&G prices to help reverse the situation. Will we get it??? I don't know. All I know is I now have 1/5th the shares and they are worth less than pre-split.
