I talked to the IR guy, which I admit is not the best source for unbiased info, but one comment he made was that the name change was to put the past behind them and turn the corner. Doing another private placement and screwing existing shareholders would certainly not be putting the past behind them. Let's hope that is not in the cards. That being said, with these historic low NG prices (inflation adjusted NG price), anything is possible. I don't see them getting a line of credit and they still have to pay Bob's Fund back. Tough times for sure.
