Very little. Both have been subject to claims that they were going to trigger the Shortpacolypse. Neither did.

Both had unrealistic claims about business (A Belize casino where not one shovelful of dirt was moved in an effort to construct it versus some abandoned mines that magically acquired additional value that made them worthwhile for the first time in 90 years). Both had serial scammers running the show (Clarence Parks and Peter Iodice for DHSM, Lumb and Lowenthal for the "sisters").

He was running multiple promotions, but it doesn't matter as he clearly disclosed he was paid $20,000 by DHSM to run his promotion. So nobody has to "believe" anything, he properly disclosed the amount and from whom and it was in black in white, documented.

Once it again it is a discussion board. Some people who bought this turd bought other steaming turds as well. As to groups pumping it, sure as that is always the case in the OTC. As to the assessment of reported to the SEC, that would be false, as the insider here were dumb enough to keep using the same name to dump their newly printed shares which triggered a SAR that eventually got the DTCC's attention who placed a Global Lock. A Year later the insiders that the lock was going be lifted and started filing corporate actions, which then caught FINRA's attention for the second time and we'll they took it the SEC likely for suspension and eventual revocation.

You could not short this stock, it never had any short interest or FTDs of value. It cost $2.50 a share to short, nobody shorts penny stock at this level. You might when it pops up over $4 and you dont have to margin $2.50 a share. This was never more than $1 before massive dump.
