While DFC Global Corp makes money in a number of ways, 65% of revenue is generated through short-term unsecured loans -- 38% and 27% from retail and e-commerce channels, respectively.

DLLR has hit the ol' scanner and has a fair chance of a bounce at these levels. Stocks that have declined this badly almost always retrace higher, bounce or dip some and come right back to this point before a further decline.
