From the DGIF website,
DISC is pleased to announce:
Digital Info Security Company (DGIF) Driving LeanStream Forward
Digital Info Security Company (DGIF) is excited to announce, with the cooperation of LeanStream Media and TMM Inc. (TMMI), the launch of an advanced video encoding system which allows video content to be viewed online with internet speeds as low as one-fourth the speed previously needed to play videos online.
By Digital Info Security Company
Dated: Nov 16, 2009
TMM, Inc., InvestorsPipeline.net Limited, and Digital Info Security Company announced today an
agreement to create LeanStream Media Inc., a Colorado Company, to market a revolutionary video
compression technology that will allow HD video on demand.
LeanStream is actively pursuing business relationships in a wide range of vertical market applications including consumer, commercial, and defense industry video streaming via cable, satellite and wireless networks
Getting some big names involved. Looking for more to happen in the coming weeks.
From James Clark:
For Immediate Release
LeanStream Media, Inc Enters into Letter of Intent
WESTMINSTER, Co., Dec. 21, 2010- LeanStream Media, Inc (LSM), announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Channel Islands and Edge TV Networks to purchase the assets of Edge TV Network and it's affiliate Channel Islands. The purchase would include all licensing agreements, patents, relationships, good will and any other material brandings logos or agreements with clients, agents or vendors.
LeanStream Media is please to announce that a LOI has been signed and a good faith, non refundable deposit has been paid and allows LSM to fully buy both companies and to employ Bob Kulakowski and Ross Cooper fulltime with LSM.
With the signing of the LOI, this gives Channel Islands a great advantage, allowing LSM compression technology to go directly to existing Channel Island customers, making it an easy decision to switch over to Channel Island/Edge TV and LSM complete solution. "I am very pleased with our relationship with Edge TV and Channel Islands. Because the LSM commercial encoding solution is a plug and play technology that will fit in great with the Edge TV/Channel Island solution. This complete solution brings substantial savings for the customer in bandwidth and other distribution cost plus additional revenue stream for the content distributor (our customer). Making this an easy purchase solution for our customer. These sales and revenues give LSM a significant head start to be on target to have a substantial revenue stream by the end of first quarter," said James Clark, CEO and Chairman of LeanStream Media.
ABOUT LEANSTREAM MEDIA
LSM, through its partners, has assembled breakthrough technology for streaming video that allows full HD content (1080) to be viewed streaming at under 1 Mbps with quality exceeding content at 3-5 times the data rates. The technology is capable of downsizing to provide substantially improved SD (480) and low bandwidth streams for distribution over portable phones. The technology is capable of handling the new industry standard 4 K video. The last few years have seen a significant change in how consumers access content. Pay subscription companies (cable, satellite) have come under pressure from the growing mass of content available on-demand on the Internet. A new generation has come of age that relies more heavily on mobile on-demand entertainment.
ABOUT CHANNEL ISLANDS
Channel Islands is a software company serving cable operators, IPTV providers and satellite distributors. The founders of Channel Islands pioneered popular software only, conditional access systems, session based watermarking and watermarking for Academy Award and Golden Globe screeners. The company is currently developing DiVA, its targeted advertising system. DiVA delivers specific commercials to specific set top boxes depending on the market
profile of the household or business. The most compelling aspect of the DiVA system is its architecture as a scalable, carrier class, software only solution. Founded in 2008, Channel Islands is a privately held company with headquarters in San Diego and offices in London, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

Anyone have any updates on this one? I heard the company is in the porcess of updating their financials and will be posting them shortly. Revenue has increased greatly. Looking for a nice move in the near future.
The real question is: why are folks buying shares for 60 to 80 cents when they can buy direct from the company in a Private placement going on at 40 cents a share??
Love companies that post press releases but with nothing meaningful. Products but no customers, sales offices but no customers, featured on a show, but no customers..... the latest Press Release issue today on selling to schools.... but no customers named in this most recent press release is another example.
Still no information on financials with this company and the Pink Sheet Rating is a STOP SIGN - Investors are advised not to trade in/out of this stock because none of the information can be determined as valid or true.
Does this company have cash, is it capable of generating more than the $57k reported in Q1 of this year... how are they paying for the software acquisition from Patron Systems? FYI, Patron systems is now up for sale itself - check out PTRN.OB - CEO, CFO and Chairman just all quit today.
All you pumpers out there...look out... This one is going to fall unless the company releases meaningful information on revenue, customers and cash...and not BS press releases that are just fuel for Touts!
I SEE A BIG RED STOP SIGN ON THE PINK SHEETS FOR THIS STOCK - NO FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE - THE STOP SIGN IS INDICATIVE, ACCORDING TO PINK SHEETS RATING SYSTEM, AS A STOCK INVESTORS SHOULD NOT TRADE IN.
Anyone have any feedback on the viability of this company?
Last financial data showed $57k in revenue in the last Quarter, and $200k in expenses, with no more than $249k in cash and receivables.
How the heck do they pay for this acquistion out of existing cash reserves? The last public filing from Q1 2007 showed that DI Securities only had roughly $250k in cash and receivables. Their revenue was $56k for the entire Q1 quarter, and they are spending $200k a quarter on operating expenses/salaries.
They should be out of money right now.... is there another stock sale/financing in the works?
