For Immediate Release

LeanStream Media, Inc Enters into Letter of Intent

WESTMINSTER, Co., Dec. 21, 2010- LeanStream Media, Inc (LSM), announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Channel Islands and Edge TV Networks to purchase the assets of Edge TV Network and it's affiliate Channel Islands. The purchase would include all licensing agreements, patents, relationships, good will and any other material brandings logos or agreements with clients, agents or vendors.

LeanStream Media is please to announce that a LOI has been signed and a good faith, non refundable deposit has been paid and allows LSM to fully buy both companies and to employ Bob Kulakowski and Ross Cooper fulltime with LSM.

With the signing of the LOI, this gives Channel Islands a great advantage, allowing LSM compression technology to go directly to existing Channel Island customers, making it an easy decision to switch over to Channel Island/Edge TV and LSM complete solution. "I am very pleased with our relationship with Edge TV and Channel Islands. Because the LSM commercial encoding solution is a plug and play technology that will fit in great with the Edge TV/Channel Island solution. This complete solution brings substantial savings for the customer in bandwidth and other distribution cost plus additional revenue stream for the content distributor (our customer). Making this an easy purchase solution for our customer. These sales and revenues give LSM a significant head start to be on target to have a substantial revenue stream by the end of first quarter," said James Clark, CEO and Chairman of LeanStream Media.

ABOUT LEANSTREAM MEDIA
LSM, through its partners, has assembled breakthrough technology for streaming video that allows full HD content (1080) to be viewed streaming at under 1 Mbps with quality exceeding content at 3-5 times the data rates. The technology is capable of downsizing to provide substantially improved SD (480) and low bandwidth streams for distribution over portable phones. The technology is capable of handling the new industry standard 4 K video. The last few years have seen a significant change in how consumers access content. Pay subscription companies (cable, satellite) have come under pressure from the growing mass of content available on-demand on the Internet. A new generation has come of age that relies more heavily on mobile on-demand entertainment.

ABOUT CHANNEL ISLANDS
Channel Islands is a software company serving cable operators, IPTV providers and satellite distributors. The founders of Channel Islands pioneered popular software only, conditional access systems, session based watermarking and watermarking for Academy Award and Golden Globe screeners. The company is currently developing DiVA, its targeted advertising system. DiVA delivers specific commercials to specific set top boxes depending on the market
profile of the household or business. The most compelling aspect of the DiVA system is its architecture as a scalable, carrier class, software only solution. Founded in 2008, Channel Islands is a privately held company with headquarters in San Diego and offices in London, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
