How IDC Technology Works
IDC Technology uses a small software client [750K] that is automatically updated when the user goes online. Cyberfast Systems Announces 2002, Full-Year Financial Outlook
LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2001--Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI - news) today announced the 2002, full year financial outlook ending Dec. 31, 2002.
After the introduction of the newly acquired IDC technology, revenue growth for the first quarter is expected to be in line with the company's projections. Increased revenues will come from the existing Fortune 500 partners and the recent acquisition of TLCO Software.
The company now expects revenues in the second quarter of 2002 to be approximately $10 million compared to first quarter 2002 revenues of $4 million. The reduced revenue in the first quarter is due to the reorganization of the company and the revised business plan, which now focuses on intelligent technology communication solutions.
Second and third quarters will increase in the rate of new customer installations, as a result of the direct marketing campaigns, such as the company's Discovery CD programs, which are targeted to reach over five million end users. Additional installations and revenues will be generated from the Interprise Strategic Partner programs. The combined introduction of the Interprise and Discovery programs is expected to generate revenues in excess of $15 million in the third quarter.
The company expects revenues for the full year to be approximately $50 million, with gross margins to be approximately 25-30% percent. Cyberfast is currently operating without venture capital proceeds and plans to continue with the same financial model throughout 2002. Future capital that may be required for technology advancements and future acquisitions will be raised from within the organization's capitalization structure.
Cyberfast's management team remains optimistic about the overall market and corporate expansion, even though market conditions are certainly more challenging than they were last year.
The fundamentals underlying intelligent communications are solid. Enterprises continue to look at the Web as a way to reduce costs and enhance communication with their customers.
