That's why the spread is wide nemo
You don't really think the monkeys want retail investors/traders loading up down here while things are quiet do you. Check out a POS like AMRE or AOOR and I'll bet the spread is alot tighter, with a few 100 share trades to get the bag holders screaming..."they're messin' with it, I'm buyin' more".
CGPN??? I think they want it alot higher before they ring the dinner bell.
They stopping trading for some reason!!!
Movin' nice, but they're spreadin it wide....
Dah bulls, dey is seein' red me thinks
haaaa that makes sense!!! thanks ledrog
The day after they file the Q I assume
I have May 25th as the day the E was appended to their symbol, which I believe gives them til next Wednesday but please verify that.
I don't think the filing will say anything substantive, but just losing the E imo could provide sufficient bullish reaction for the monkeys to start pushing this up significantly.
Indecision,,,When they loose da E??
Nemo, with the way the chart is shaping up....
Look at the direction of the 50DMA, it's just started to edge up I wouldn't be suprised to see this best the 200DMA in the next couple of weeks...in fact I'll be suprised if it doesn't.
Here's hoping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CGPN(E) is nemo...well a little bit
I got in at .0024 yesterday (Tues)....Still kicking myself over selling CYOS even though I made a profit. Ah well....I find the share structure here similar vis a vis the # of authorized versus outstanding shares. Of course CYOS has the China angle...and (not trying to sound like a bigot) the Chinese are known to love gambling...and the OTCBB is one of the biggest crap games around. Even if their gaming sites never realize dollar one in profit...their PPS has soared beyone anything I could have imagined.
Hopefully CGPN can do something
Hey ledrog!!! wasssssssssup
Ya still watching Nemo? Sweet looking chart imo....
Above the 50DMA and MACD close to crossing the zero line. No massive volume days yet, just 10 million or so a couple times.
Starting to move up, I wonder how product is selling at CompUsa.
Haaaaa thats all the money i use on these POS but some are making some hell-asious gains right now!!!!
Opps correction..
Led Zepplin's "Rock'n Roll".

New York: The board of directors of Cyber Group Network Corp., an information technology (IT) securities equipment start-up based in San Bernadino, California, has unanimously approved the selection of Indian American Nisha Kapoor as president, effective immediately.
Chandigarh-born Kapoor, 24, will be responsible for all operations and financial matters for the company.
Kapoor, who came to this country with her parents as a four-year old, said though she is the youngest employee, that would lead to "no pressure at all".
"I am very confident of the company and the direction it is headed," Kapoor told India Abroad News Service.
Cyber Group currently employs 13 people. The company is coming to market with electronic switching devices that are currently being developed.
Kapoor replaces Thomas Hobson, who has resigned for personal reasons. Hobson will, however, continue to serve on the board and, along with other members, oversee, advise and assist Kapoor.
A graduate of La Verne University in La Verne, California, Kapoor is currently pursuing an MBA-finance degree from the same university. She joined the Cyber Group in 2000 as director of public and investor relations, responsible for delivering communication in support of the company's strategic goals and marketing plans. Since then, her responsibilities have extended into strategic business and product development, promotion and marketing strategies for the company.
"Kapoor is a successful, strategic leader that gets impressive results," the board of directors said in a statement, adding, "she brings to our company organization proven operations ability and, most importantly, leadership, dedication and initiative."
"Our biggest goal is getting our tracking device out and working with partners and distributors," Kapoor said. "I am pleased with the board's recognition of my proven leadership ability in the past and total confidence in my capability as a leader for the company. I plan to do my very best...helping the company realize its full potential while building maximum shareholder value."
"We are ready to enter the market with our product by the first quarter of 2001," she said. "Of course, there are obstacles and hurdles for every start-up. But having very supportive staff and the ability to set up strategy and partnerships is a big plus."
The Cyber Group Network Corp. is a technology company with the three main goals of computer security technology, patented public Internet access devices and acquisitions of Internet, communications and financial service sector industries to expand its resources.
Among the products the company is developing is the BigTarget, a meta-search engine, the electronic snitching device that can track missing or stolen computers within five feet of its location globally as well as retrieve and destroy information from the hard drive. Several versions of e-snitch are expected to be released throughout the next year.
It has also developed a division, Cyber Crime Corporation, comprising specialists in the areas of ex-computer hacking, hi-tech theft, private investigating and law enforcement that will be committed to educating, informing and assisting consumers, businesses and organizations on how to detect, prevent and defend systems against hi- tech hustlers.
Another site, CGNComics.com, will be displaying 24 volumes of real life events from America's most notorious computer hackers, hi-tech thieves and industrial spies. "Tales of a Hi-Tech Hustler" will be featuring at all comic book locations and will also be available as an online subscription based publication.
Before joining Cyber Group, Kapoor worked at the law offices of Linda Battram and with the publicly traded company USS Logistics. She said she thought her legal background and her confidence in the company and herself have brought her to this position.

I don't know if I have the stomach for investing in BB stocks. I think I will invest in gold or something.haha!
Really though if I would have read the 8k at a different angle I would have never sold out of anger.
Things look much clearer with CGPN and It would be foolish not to reinvest here.
However, Just to play it safe I wont be buying one share until it hits my price. Which is .24/.26 If it makes it to that price people will start to respect the potential of Esnitch.
Well got to go

The Cyber Group Network Corp. Announces Resignation Of Board of Director and 10 - 1 Reverse Split
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cyber Group Network Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGPN - news) Wednesday announced the acceptance of Anthony K. Miller's resignation as a Board of Director of The Cyber Group Network Corp. CGPN has also decided to conduct a 10 for 1 reverse split, subject to shareholder approval.
On January 29, 2001, the Board of Directors asked for and received Anthony K. Miller's resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of The Cyber Group Network Corp. The resignation is effective as of yesterday, February 6, 2001.

The Company strongly encourages shareholders to attend, and express their opinions regarding the possibility of doing a 10 - 1 reverse split. The date of the original meeting has been changed to accommodate travel arrangements.

Hi richand!
I think I'm confused on they why's regarding the split. So, I decided to sell today. I need every dollar and I can't risk the money on CGPN. This could turn out good for CGPN, but I will have to watch from the sidelines.
Yes I'm a little mad about the situtation, just because I have been here for 8 months. However, I always leave the door open for a return if things became clearer regarding the Esnitch.
I wish you the best

The Cyber Group Network Corp. Enhances E-Snitch Device and Develops Several Computer Security Programs Before Its Future Launch
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cyber Group Network Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGPN - news) Wednesday announced postponement of E-Snitch launch due to the added features and enhancement of the device.
On July 10, 2000, The Cyber Group Network introduced an electronic device, which can track and retrieve missing/stolen computers within five feet of its location, remotely. The Company anticipated releasing this product to retailers by the first quarter 2001.
However, in light of the recent developments, the Electronic Snitching Device will not be released in the first quarter, 2001. The launch postponement is related to additional features and changes to the device, which the Company expects to delay approval from the FCC. These additional key features have enhanced the E-Snitch Device, therefore rescheduling the launch of the device until all requirements and approvals have been met.
During beta testing of the E-Snitch Device, the Company has located changes that need to be made and is actively improving the device before its launch. The 1,000 beta units sold to industry experts, consumers, and computer manufacturer companies are still scheduled for shipment in February. These minor issues do not affect the overall functionality of the device, however CGPN believes it needs to be prepared for a proper, error-free launch.
At this point, the Company will not disclose the price per unit (PPU) of the device, or its current/potential alliances with distributors, due to added features and delayed launch date of the device.
Additionally, during the development of the E-Snitch, the Company has discovered several computer security software programs and components, which comprises the E-Snitch and can be used to work separately from the base E-Snitch unit. These programs/components have the potential of generating significant revenue apart from the base unit. Information related to these separate components will be released in the near future.
Nisha Kapoor, President for The Cyber Group states, ``We are very excited about the new added features to the E-Snitch, and will announce them in the near future. Our team has made a huge breakthrough, by developing technology outside of the E-Snitch, which can generate profit for the Company. The delayed launch is a protective measure the Company has taken in order to prevent competitors from unfairly reproducing our intellectual property, to satisfy all FCC requirements, and to prepare for a successful, large-scale launch in the future.''
