The Cyber Group Network Corp. Will Not Reverse Split Its Stock
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cyber Group Network Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGPN - news) announced today that the Officers and Board of Directors have decided that it is not in the best interest of the Company or its shareholders to reverse split the Company's common stock. Therefore, the Special Meeting of Shareholders called for March 12, 2001 to obtain shareholders approval of the reverse split is hereby canceled. The Company will not be filing a Definitive Proxy with the SEC and no proxy will be mailed to shareholders.
