How Companies Are Selling THCa Online Without a License:
The 2018 Farm Bill has created a legal loophole for selling THCa online. THCa, which is non-psychoactive until heated, can be sold legally if it tests under 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. This allows companies to bypass traditional cannabis licensing and state regulations.
Key Points:
2018 Farm Bill: Permits cannabis products with under 0.3% Delta-9 THC.
THCa Products: Non-psychoactive until heated but converts to Delta-9 THC when smoked or vaped.
No License Needed: THCa meets legal THC limits, avoiding the need for a cannabis license.
Consumer Impact: Consumers can buy THCa products online, evading stricter state cannabis laws.
Summary: The 2018 Farm Bill has inadvertently allowed THCa products to be sold legally online by staying within THC limits, despite their psychoactive potential when heated.

Explaining THCa and THC: The 2018 Farm Bill Loophole...
- THCa vs. THC: THCa is non-psychoactive but converts to THC (which causes a high) when heated through smoking, vaping, or cooking.
- 2018 Farm Bill Loophole: The bill legalized hemp with less than 0.3% THC but didn’t mention THCa, allowing high-THCa cannabis to be sold legally if it tests below 0.3% THC before being heated.
- Online vs. Dispensary Sales: Both sell THCa-rich cannabis. Dispensaries can sell any THC level, while online sellers must comply with the 0.3% THC limit until the product is heated.
- Decarboxylation: Heating (through smoking, vaping, or cooking) decarbs (converts) THCa into active THC.
Great update the future is bright
Mace calls rhetoric a threat to our constitution, yet rhetoric is her bread n butter. She'd flipflop if the MJ wind was blowing the other way. in my opinion.
she has the presidential potential .... the poor US needs more common sense and less manure in the politics...
I recommend going to YouTube and searching trade to Black interview with Nancy Mace.
She is well informed on cannabis. A great advocate for our cause.
It might be the best politician I've ever heard in an interview.

It' is whats going around Twitter s3 is coming. Watching the VP roundtable now. Would be awesome if she says something to confirm S3 or safe..
I'm pretty sure it's the same agreement that Canada and Germany signed, and it doesn't seem to be an issue for those two countries. In my opinion this is a non-issue
We have learned yesterday that the US Drug Enforcement Administration will shortly approve a rescheduling of cannabis to Schedule III --and that the biggest legal hurdle, an international treaty (the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (1961)), to which the US is a signatory -

Earnings with these stocks is always a toss up in regards to the shareprice
Excellent. Thank you for the update. This is what I have been waiting for. Just started buying tilray too. The Canadian players are under appreciated and will soon come in to their own imo. We have the largest cohesive jurisdiction on the planet. Curaleaf is looking attractive considering this German news
The vote is today. I'm pretty confident it's going to pass as it seems, to me, they are just following the process and procedures at this point. I'd be surprised if we don't get a bump up today once it passes.

I believe we should start to see alot of green soon. Tcnnf, ayrwf, and curlf are my investments now. I gave up on the Canadian cannabis until I start to see a trend changing with them.

Next the usa will probably reschedule and safe banking! 280E will be a big deal in how that can translate to income!
Do we really care about their peeny drop too much vs what should happen with 280e and rescheduling? Eps instantly goes up if 280e gets handled right which means eps is completely changed?
Ouch... New 52 week low looks like it's around the corner.
This is one of Tim Seymour’s larger holdings, see Tim on YouTube speaking about trajectory of current regulatory positions. Tim states listing on TSX will be first to NASDAQ as regulations evolve. HITI hitide siccessfully listed to nasdaq already and is drifting up fast due to 14 quarters positive ebida.
Tim is correct Curalef and HITide will excel.
I pray to the Lord Jesus Humphries Christ that this goes back to $3 so that I may buy some more. MAGA
All excitement over potential for the SAFE banking act vote at the end of Sept. If it passes, then this trend continues upward. If not, then it is back to below $3, very quickly.
This is the news I have been waiting on.

Strategy is the roadmap towards execution. The ideas generated by creativity are meaningless without a focused direction.
Strategy is at the core of who we are. Without a plan of action, ideas would never see the light of day.
A strategy that aligns with your business objectives and communications goals means you’re in control of every conversation and outcome.
