Go somewhere else with your 'pink sheet alert' crap. They got a patent, thats it. Means nothing.

COVID-19 Vaccine Capable Air Transportation System Patent Awarded to Reflect Scientific for its Liquid Nitrogen Temperature-controlled Cooling and Freezing Systems.
OREM, Utah, Dec. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reflect Scientific, Inc. (Symbol: RSCF), a provider of diverse products and services for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries, announced a patent has been granted by the United States Patent Office for an ultracold shipping and storage container for transportation by air that uses liquid nitrogen technology for cooling.
The large state-of-the-art shipping system could carry many thousands of doses of vaccines and utilizes the commercially proven Cryometrix patented cooling and freezing technology that has the flexibility to provide precise temperature control across a wide range of temperatures. The system accommodates payloads ranging from those requiring conventional refrigeration to specialty products such as COVID-19 and related vaccines that may require temperatures as low as -80° centigrade (-112° Fahrenheit). Systems can be configured to provide for short or long duration shipping cycles, making it an ideal choice for cold chain management.

Pfizer COVID vaccine OK'd in the UK!

That vaccine requires cold transportation: Possible market for CYRX. To be seen, but hopeful!
Best of luck with your investments!
Cold Chain issues? Unlike CYRX's logistic solution, a cold chain independent, thermo stable solid form vaccines is a breakthrough solution.
Google search "MACIVIVA" see how this unknown otc SEC Filer microcap, MYMX led a consortium of 5 european companies including Catalent UK (NYSE: CTLT), Bachem (SWX: BANB), to successfully develop this process. This breakthrough platform is currently applied to the company's HIV vaccine in partnership with University of Louisiana, Lafayette's Iberia Research Center under NIH funding as well as its current in-house covid vaccine development program. The company is also in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine and recently with Insel Gruppe AG in developing a covid vaccine. News is imminent on status updates.

I'm keeping my shares for the medium term, that's for sure. Plus, it's house money at this stage. All good.
CYRX as a potential COVID Vaccine shipping system.
Along the lines I was thinking about:
Thanks COLD. Please tell ColdAsIce to come back and give us his thoughts.
I'm re-reading his old posts right now, the guy was brilliant. He should remember me.
I think you're right, the stock price seems a little high right now.
The big run in the last 5 market days, where it's gone from $40 to $60, has to be the result of the earnings conference call with the analysts they had on Nov. 5. The CFO basically said he thought the sales could be at $650 million to $750 million range, in the next 4/5 years. This was a huge statement from a company that has never before given any sales guidance or earnings guidance. Also, sales increased 19% from the 2nd quarter, another big leap. Both of the acquisitions of CRYOPDP (spelling?) and MVE were in the middle of the 3rd quarter, so I expect the 4th quarter numbers to really also jump. During the call, all the officers were reading from prepared statements that were very well put together, I assume by some marketing genius. It was impressive.
I originally bought 270,000 shares at low prices in 2007, and thought I was set for life. I went to Larry Stambaugh's first board of directors annual meeting in Costa Mesa in October 2009, where he lied and said without the 10/1 reverse split, the company would close down in a week. Well we're still here. Stambaugh only wanted the reverse split so he could get a $900,000 bonus to pay off one of his ex-wives. She was sending faxes to the company's fax machine telling everyone Larry was a deadbeat-ex-husband and a deadbeat-Dad who wasn't paying his bills,
I then went to Stambaugh's 2nd annual meeting in October 2010, when only 2 other shareholders showed up because nobody cared anymore and Stambaugh was driving the company into the ground with no sales and a scheme to send all our cash to his current wife's private company in the form of "recruiting expenses."
After Mr. Shelton's second reverse split a couple years later, my 270,000 shares was down to around 2,700. But based on all the great research and information from ColdAsIce, I managed to get another few thousand shares in the $4-5 dollar range, and now I'm sitting on easy street. I would love to hear from him.
Nearing the 52 weeks high. Other folks must have similar thoughts with the cold chain and Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine.
Best of luck with your investments!
I think it was my brother who was cold as ice. We were both heavily invested in this during the dark years. At one point I was probably down about 50k that was invested in private placements. I had at least 50,000 warrants expire worthless but somehow I had about 4600 warrants with a strike price of $3.57 that I exercised. So after years of pain the worm turned but it was not without many sleepless nights. This board used to be really active and now, ironically, it's dead and the stock is exploding. I plan on holding for at least 5 years. I think one reason for the current uptrend has to do with the cold storage companies that CYRX purchased with a huge investment from Blackstone. I believe CYRX currently has 26 COVID vaccines or therapies in their mix. A lot of these, including Pfizer's vaccine (I don't know if they are working with Pfizer) need to be transported and stored at very cold (- 70-90C). This is a big problem because most hospitals do not have the cold storage containers and dealing with dry ice is a big problem. Not only that - think of the logistics nightmare transporting the vaccines that survive for only 5 days. CYRX has spent years and millions of dollars developing a very sophisticated transport and logistics system world wide to deal with this. I'm pleasantly surprised at the huge rise in the stock price. Last time I checked 20% of the stock was shorted so maybe it's a short squeeze. The RSI is off the chart so I think the stock will come back down but it does it's probably a good time to buy.
Best
COLD
Does anyone know what happened to "ColdAsIce"? He posted in 2007 under the name "Cryoport" then in 2008 to 2018 under "ColdAsIce". He was really knowledgable about the mechanisms of Cryoport Inc. and cold shipping.
He was the guy who kept me in this stock through all the dark days.
We've been through the days of CEO Peter Berry, who spent more time at "wine tastings" then he did at Cryoport. Then Criminal Larry Stambaugh's reign of terror, when he illegally funnelled all the Company's cash to his 4th wife's "employment recruiting agency" until he was fired and security finally walked him off the premises.
This stock has really taken off and now the board is dead. Maybe nobody's talking to not jinx it.
I would love to hear from "ColdAsIce". I think his last post was 2018.
I've made a fortune on this thing and would like to thank him.
Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will need to be stored (hence transported) at low temperatures.

This may look like a great opportunity for CYRX, esp. after this year's acquisition in Europe, when Pfizer has European (German & Belgium) and US COVID-19 vaccine plants.
I have not read anything about the possible impact on CYRX, but it could be a possibility.
Best of luck with your investments!

CYRX completes acquisition of MVE
Sorry, Not sure how or why, but I do know that I got the recommendation for the NWBO purchase on this board. Very knowledgeable posters here. I am always looking for the next best thing. Thanks,
Hi gigi21,
I'm not hyper :) (me, it's H2R). But cool you got some NWBO. I've been in it since 2013, hoping for a big day before the end of September.
Cheers!
Hi Hyper. Glad to see you here. I did buy some NWBO on your information at .28 and again at .30 Thanks for the lead, up a bunch on that one too. Yes I am still in here at CYRX letting it ride.
I've enjoyed your posts on the NWBO board. You provide real information.
On this side, we had a couple of interesting acquisitions, which provided fuel for PPS action. It's been a very good year thus far and percentage wise, CYRX is my best stock pick of the last three years. Now that I'm playing with house money (I recouped my initial investment), I'm letting it ride.
Good to see you are doing well with CYRX.
Best of luck with your investments!
Hi All. Been a while. I got a message today that CYRX hit my price target, but I think I'll just let it ride. This board was dead for so long, that I forgot about it. Nice to see some of you are still around.
SoS had a follow up article after the announcement of the second acquisition:

Hey Lazer, still checking in here I see. I must have been in on the same private placement, as had those warrants also(same exercise price as tradeable warrants), of course it was a bit of a cluster trying to get them exercised and deposited in a trading account. Cyrx has been good to me also, rough road but well worth it.
Where we go from here is hard to predict, I can only imagine there are a bunch of shorts at these prices, if the mm's push a little harder could have a nice squeeze, although my gut tells me they will prevail once more and drive us back to the mid 20's.
The coming election could also have major ramifications for the market as a whole also...
CYRX was very good to me, but I held it for a long, long time.
I bought it when that idiot Stambaugh was the CEO. He was an idiot. Couple reverse splits, but held on and bought into the offering, which turned out to be a good deal. They adjusted you for the reverse split.
I am now, as you are, waiting on NWBO, one of their customers.
Hope I have the same luck there.
You kind of scored, didn't you!
I tend to with folks best of luck with their investments, but it looks like you don't even need luck :))
Cheers!
I had some non trade able warrants, and the exercise price was $3.57.
They also had to be held at for 6 months after exercise.
I am not doing my DD much on CYRX these days! Letting it run unchecked...
Total # shares: 38,101,000 (38M). 1 or 2 M exercised warrants would add 2 to 5 %, that's not insignificant. It would bring in some cash (not sure what the exercised price is though), not sure how much of a drag it might be on the PPS.
Thanks so much for the heads up.
You know, the tradeable warrants(cyrxw) expire this month. I cant remember how many exist yet but a million or two rings a bell. I'm assuming they will get exercised which will add that many common shares to the float. No idea if it will affect the price but the market cap will reflect the added shares. Just an fyi.
Hey H,
Yeah I'm stunned at the strength here, I keep looking at money flow, macd, volume weighted macd, and they were all into overbought territory last week already.
Made my first purchase in 2013, and last around 2015. Something that's been consistent, is after these hard run ups to new highs, it consolidates down significantly. I admit I hedged too early by selling calls, but I'm pretty confident by November this we will revisit 25 or so(give or take 5 bucks:).
I did sell a quarter of my shares over last couple days as cryoport has become about 80 percent of my portfolio and have to bite the bullet and pay taxes sooner or later! I've moved a bunch to atrs as Antares has to be one of the most underappreciated biotechs around?!? I may sell more if we have a 'blow off top' type run.
Anyway I look at it, I've made a pile of money if I sell now, and would be happy even if it goes to 40 without me!
Best of luck to you too!
Hey ConstitutionNow,
This is becoming my best performing stock! The upward pressure keeps going. Pretty amazing.
Not sure if I should take some benefits now and let it run waiting for my other big bets to come in, but looking good here.
The last update from them was back in May. I have not seen any new news since then and the 1 month, 3 months, 6 months PPS are all bullish (can't remember if it's an O'Neal type indicator, or if he went with 13 weeks etc.).
Any thoughts as to this continued upward trend?
Best of luck with your investments!
Thanks for the thoughts again! Great to hear from you.
I haven't looked at CYRX in a while (I'm a bit overfocused on NWBO and CVM, they both "should" - Ha!- be announcing data lock "soon" and that will drive some PPS action I believe. They are both super risky though!).
It's good to see the PPS where it is now. My average share price is around $10. I still like the number of Ph III coming in to play. Out of 62, how many will be approved and continue with CYRX in the next year or two: 5, 10, 20? It should still drive the PPS up. It may take a while.
In the meantime, other stocks I have may be moving one way or the other, biotech is not for the faints of heart, that's for sure. I may lose a ton of money or make a ton in the next 6 months.
I may take action on CYRK based on other stocks movements. For now, I'm staying put.
As always, I appreciate your thoughts.
Best of luck with your investments!
Hey H2R, interesting strength being shown here. I'm still amazed at the market valuation here and still believe we visit lower prices(16 to 20ish) in the next 6 months again.
Have you ever used stocktwits dot com? The last person to post shows an interesting chart analysis that indicates cryoport running to around 37 before the next major consolidation. With the recent strength I'm starting to think he may be in the ball park....time will tell. Hope all is well.
20% down. Ouch! Still way ahead, but that took a bite!!
Best of luck with your investments!
