Low...thx for the response...appreciate it...see my answers in ******
I know. Was reading some of your posts today and when I found you started this I was happy.
I was just tossing around posting at the SWVC board, but felt with all the doom & gloom, I would be thought of as a pumper! But I really wanted to pick you up some.
"embrace the facts and realities of the world" I like that.
Have you sold ? If NO 17 red days mean nothing. It seems your down because the PPs is down. And looking for someone to blame. Tom, Cornell, Highgate. When in reality. NONE have caused the PPs to come down. Not event negative posts at the message board.
*****have not sold...not looking for someone to blame, I'm over that phase lol...I know why PPS is down. IMO DEMAND or 'retail' has absorbed what they could, SUPPLY or 'Highgate/Cornell' is still selling...with retail all tapped out pps fails...similar to our credit markets...retail is leveraged to the gills...can't buy any more...reason is simple - most of the retail herd (myself included) never thought pps would go as low as a market cap of 11M...so they bought at higher levels...and I'm not talking flippers but retail, buy and hold folks...think about it...when most folks convince themselves it's at bottom they go all in...just check the sentiment on the board for proof..cdkid saying he's tapped out...diamond saying he's got everything now in SWVC...others saying they wish they could buy more but now funds...they are leveraged to the gills with SWVC shares...basic supply and demand where while supply was just marginally ahead of demand while pps fell to each persons 'all in bottom floor' price...it is now moving more rapidly as retail is all tapped out
Retail has supported the stock price decline. For many reasons, the main one is they don't want to lose money.
***** see my last point - exactly right!
Think about the facts! The stock price went from .006 to .055 twice and down to .016 twice and TOM has done nothing except execute his business plan. Cornell converted 30% & Highgate 100% of their preferred. And the PPs went up & down.
*****agree
It didn't go up because of good news and didn't go down because of unknown bad news.
*****IMO all good news AND non-news runs were met by Cornell/Highgate selling...just look at the charts...also looka t the charts from 8/29 - 9/11 when C was not converting...coincidence?
So everyone reacted to the price movement!! Not the dilution, Tom not talking directly to the retail herd or the VCs prepairing and taking profits for the investment.
*****agree it's based on emotion but also on a lack of capital now as LONGS (again, not flippers) are all in
Also everyone should have realized the stock has been manipulated, for big guy reasons. Just not exactly what reason, or which big guy, when the PPs moved up or down.
Now lets think about how SWVC compairs to most all other sub penny plays.
Most run on news, SWVC dives on news. Most PR Hype which is rarely reported executed and SWVC has reported execution every time. Most have no real business and SWVC has a real business. Most have funding deals before the company starts increasing the retail interest & stock price and the VCs convert and sell for profits into those retail & stock increases. But retail never knows about it, until it's over. SWVC has had the same, but retail has known all about the dilution all along, buying it up like candy to a kid.
***again reason we dive on news is C diluting IMO into this news
ALL have retail message boards which think company CEO's owe them direct contact and fast action to any daily change in the stock price. But don't get that contact.
***it didn't used to be this way LOW...the only reason this has become the norm is b/c so many have been scammed before...90% of CEO's in pennyland think that they can lie, they can cheat, etc...they almost have the mentality that people that invest in penny stocks deserve this...it's a license to lie and steal...one of my biggest pet peeves is when folks on thse boards say "what did you expect, it's a pennystock"...and that makes it ok for officers and CEO's to break the law? To lie? To steal? Well I don't...so why not feel we are owed something in the form of direct communication to make us better understand what's happening? Especially when CEO's who are supposed to care about their pps make questionable funding decisions and then go silent for weeks at a time...Many CEO's treat penny stock folks like they are worthless idiots IMO...
Now think what has change since last week when all knew their was major dilution already completed and the PPs was between .025 & .02.
You learned the dates & individual amounts of the dilution and saw the empty shell fill with a profitable retail business Hackett's, with a bank supporting the deal!!!!
The over all financials are well above the average OTC, stock. Damn most rent an office and have the CEO & one employee!! LOL
Cheer up, stop watching SWVC all day and wait for the play to play. It's a big guy run for profits play! They only ran it once and with two small pops. There are hundereds of MILLIONS of share still in the hands of the VCs, accumulated above .025 & converted below .01 waiting for the same profits and better, then they got so far.
*****ok and thanks again
Stop caring about what the VCs are getting. That's life on the market we trade!!!!!! They are the big guys, they fund the company and they get the biggest profits! That's the playing field.
Keep thinking retail "knows nothing" and the comapy is executing better then most all startup OTC's. LOGIC does not prevail when the stock is under manipulation. Emotion does!
Keep emotion out of the mix!
****will do...stop by and share your thoughts here anytime...it will be appreciatyed always
If the bastard talked to retail he wouldn't be a good CEO!!!!!! Good CEO's execute the business plan. They get money for the company from th VCs, not retail. The VCs get their money from retail.
Try getting the VCs to tell you what they are going to do. Not the CEO. He can only run the business, not create runs & takedowns. VCs have the shares going into the open market. They control M&Ms & retails actions!

just 600K...not sure what my ave pps is honestly...probably around where we are now
planning to add next week regardless of whether or not we go down or up...I'd like to get up to 1M or so but we'll see
I'm a small fish...my Uncle on the other hand has 2.5M and he's averaged at around .027...feeling bad now as I got him in this...thought I knew where we stood but I guess not
crook how many you long and at what price?
that could be exactly why he is ONLY disseminating required info at this time
why let the bashtards reap the benefits
also, in his defense, if you knew that all your good news would just be sold into would you really want it released asap? I for one would want to take my time...so that when it does break the pps can sustain itself
problem here is that while Tom may know there is execllent news and remain chill WE do not know what he knows...so it's harder for us to remain calm as we watch our omney dissappear
Well...he really can't control what Cornholio does as long as they have those debentures....the unfortunate thing is he assumed the debt now we ALL have to live with it (as long as we own stock)...including HIM..
The smart thing for him to have done would to have tried to secure some other sort of financing and pay Cornell off and out of the picture...but unfortunately it looks as though he is just going to let them run their course.
you would think that he would really want the stock to reflect true value, not an atm for vcs and tom and friends
I just can't figure out after all the grief Tom has recieved over the past few weeks about O/S..Cornell..etc WHY he hasn't cleared all this up...you would think he would want that monkey off his damn back...I know "I" sure would!!
and i bought more today, i am itchin for an ass kickin 1mil long
no clue...
look, I have no problem if he wants to scratch his buddies back with our wallets via purchasing the shell....but his buddy had better be ready to return the favor and my back is getting more and more ichy
oh, I dunno, maybe down 17 of the last 19 days?
In all seriousness, what are your thoughts on the goings on at the nuthouse, SWVC? I've seen you post your thoughts recently and frankly I am baffled and too tired to fight this anymore!
Actually, that wanna talk about Tom thing was sort of an inside joke - they shut my first board down it was "Scozzafava's Den" but ihub deleted to my dissappointment...
we'll see what Tom does
I find it hard to believe that he will keep quiet for too long
I'm afraid I don't have anything nice to say about him at the moment...LOL!
