I know. Was reading some of your posts today and when I found you started this I was happy.

I was just tossing around posting at the SWVC board, but felt with all the doom & gloom, I would be thought of as a pumper! But I really wanted to pick you up some.

"embrace the facts and realities of the world" I like that.

Have you sold ? If NO 17 red days mean nothing. It seems your down because the PPs is down. And looking for someone to blame. Tom, Cornell, Highgate. When in reality. NONE have caused the PPs to come down. Not event negative posts at the message board.

Retail has supported the stock price decline. For many reasons, the main one is they don't want to lose money.

Think about the facts! The stock price went from .006 to .055 twice and down to .016 twice and TOM has done nothing except execute his business plan. Cornell converted 30% & Highgate 100% of their preferred. And the PPs went up & down.

It didn't go up because of good news and didn't go down because of unknown bad news.

So everyone reacted to the price movement!! Not the dilution, Tom not talking directly to the retail herd or the VCs prepairing and taking profits for the investment.

Also everyone should have realized the stock has been manipulated, for big guy reasons. Just not exactly what reason, or which big guy, when the PPs moved up or down.

Now lets think about how SWVC compairs to most all other sub penny plays.

Most run on news, SWVC dives on news. Most PR Hype which is rarely reported executed and SWVC has reported execution every time. Most have no real business and SWVC has a real business. Most have funding deals before the company starts increasing the retail interest & stock price and the VCs convert and sell for profits into those retail & stock increases. But retail never knows about it, until it's over. SWVC has had the same, but retail has known all about the dilution all along, buying it up like candy to a kid.

ALL have retail message boards which think company CEO's owe them direct contact and fast action to any daily change in the stock price. But don't get that contact.

Now think what has change since last week when all knew their was major dilution already completed and the PPs was between .025 & .02.

You learned the dates & individual amounts of the dilution and saw the empty shell fill with a profitable retail business Hackett's, with a bank supporting the deal!!!!

The over all financials are well above the average OTC, stock. Damn most rent an office and have the CEO & one employee!! LOL

Cheer up, stop watching SWVC all day and wait for the play to play. It's a big guy run for profits play! They only ran it once and with two small pops. There are hundereds of MILLIONS of share still in the hands of the VCs, accumulated above .025 & converted below .01 waiting for the same profits and better, then they got so far.

Stop caring about what the VCs are getting. That's life on the market we trade!!!!!! They are the big guys, they fund the company and they get the biggest profits! That's the playing field.

Keep thinking retail "knows nothing" and the comapy is executing better then most all startup OTC's. LOGIC does not prevail when the stock is under manipulation. Emotion does!

Keep emotion out of the mix!
