This is a stock manipulation.
It is not a credible company.
The ringleader has had numerous run-ins with
Canadian authorities.
O/S has been increased from 34 million to 3 billion
in less than a year.
It has no projects, no revenues, no accomplishments,
it exists to sell shares, which it does through repeated
powder puff press releases that absolutely NEVER come to pass.
Shares are sold in a way that eliminates retail shareholders by
printing new shares faster than flies lay eggs on a steaming carcas. They print and sell. You have to buy and sell at a higher price. You can not compete with this scheme.
This stock is crap.
As a company, it is quite dead.
As a scam, it continues to thrive.
jc
im watching this still! its been a bit of a boring stock since i entered it but then again i did have the oppurtunity to pull out with profits but i am not in these pennies to make a few hundred.i am holding this as well as many others until one of them take off.i figure even if all of them go to $$hit but one i still will be way ahead .these pinkies are super dangerous as we all know though so its like a vegas trip that you can watch and research for quite some time.i just reentered the market after a two year vacation from trading had to regroup and gain some more capital.i dont feel bad playing these pink sheets though cuz i never put in more than i am willing to lose.i usually only go in with less than a grand on each one and i try to avg in on positions not putting the whole bet out at once.my current holdings are axage(delinquent filing great huh....),btor,cdvj,prrm,hpon,ican,cybt ewmh(reverse split today aw shucks ehehe),gmci. good luck to all penny stock dreamers.it can happen i suggest to all who play pennies always keep a few shares for yourself even if its only a couple of thousand u never know .
sincerely fatty.
Anyone watching this one or is it dead?
Sorry Tim, but the Zanahary Group is apparently an inactive company that hasn't paid their state and federal taxes. Their incorporation in Maryland has been revoked and their foreign corporate status in Virginia is in default.
Cortellazzi has done this before--released tantalizingly almost credible news that turns out to be completely bogus.

Hey don't be sory, we all have something to add and I certainly have'nt read everyones's posts either .... are you stuck with some of this junk as well?
Greely, I am sorry, I have not read your past posts. I am sort of new to the IHUB. That is interesting about your friend. I mostly spoke with Michel Beaudoin at St. Hubert's and figured this scam out on my own.
Good luck,
jc
jcrom,
If you read my past pasts ....this is absolutely a scam. All of their PRs for their St Hubert project were a complete fabrication! A friend of mine is on the board for the St HUbert Airport project and they are about 5 years away from anything at this point.
Just hope some of this news can cause a small bit of momentum so we can get something for it.
Greely
GREELY,
I would be very, very cautious about getting too excited here. The reason I say that is this... From the very beginning the PR's have mentioned this mysterious "board of directors". Also, a group called "Beral" is involved, and one Andrew Racz. You will do well to do a little investigating into that individual. Now, then, will this new "CEO" come from, or be appointed by this "board of directors" just like they did their previous hand picked appointee, Cortellazzi? ...You bet he will.
This is nothing more than splashing a little perfume on a pig.
CDVJ and everything to do with it exists for nothing more than stock manipulation. If you adopt that mindset, you might trade here and there if you are very QUICK and DISCIPLINED. If you afford this scam any legitimacy you will likely get taken to the cleaners.
GREELY, over the past many months I have done tons and tons of reaserch into this company. I would not presume to tell you or anybody what to do, but I would be remiss if I did not tell you how convinced I am of what a complete scam this is. That being said, I truly wish you the best of luck.
jc
Thanks Greely, best of luck to you and everyone else in CDVJ and CSJJ!
Tim
jcrom,
As you mentioned in your post it has been proven that all PRs related to St Hubert were false.
Let's hope these new changes a) are ligit? and b) help move this thing.
Greely
Tim,
As all of tghe PRs they put out it always sounds good but if we take what they are saying at face value HOURRAY!! there may be hope for this dog yet! Replacing CEO I find kind of neutral as far as good or bad news is concerned seeing as Cortalezi is still involved with the business.
A debt free Oil and gas co. analysts are calling for oil in the next year to be in the High $30 - low $40 range (according to bloomberg) which is'nt necesarily great news but when your dept free that helps allot. Another question I would have is are they prospecting for oil and gas or do they actually own, lease and manage producing wells?
If the answers few questions are positive well then HIP HIP HOURRAY maybe we will see some upward movement on this thing!!
Good Luck to us all,
Greely
Greely any thoughts on todays PR? Thanks Tim

In addition, new members will be appointed to the Company's Board of Directors upon formal change of ownership. I am quite certain that this is a scam. I bought almost a year ago, found numerous falsehoods in the PR's and also checked with the Transport Canada rep at the St. Hubert Airport, who told me CortDev at no time surveyed enough property to even apply for an application for the project thet they were touting. That remained the case up until last week when the company dropped the bomb abount dumping the project... ( which never really existed, IMO)
jcrom56
Good luck "myname" and hey ...your not alone we'll be waiting right here with you.
Greely
I am disheartened to hear this may have been a penny scam, right after we get a pr saying how much they love shareholders.
I will keep my head high and hope for the best. Unlike everyone else i didn't get the dividends, i bought too late.
HA ha ha yeah I'll be sitting on my shares and great dividends too......we may as well laugh rather than cry.
Good luck to us all.
Greely
Sorry Greely. I guess I'm confusing you with another poster. Tirex was a tire recycling scam based in Montreal orchestrated in part by Terrence C. Byrne. If you want an amazing tale of fear and loathing, google 'byrne allivane' to see his earlier involvement in the Iraqgate scandal of the 1980's.
Thank you Greely for setting things straight. Sounds like we got ripped off. Oh well, i'm gonna sit on the shares i got and cross my fingers. at least we got those great dividends LOL!!!
Dillinger,
As mentioned in my post the entire ST Hubert project on Cort Dev's part was a fabrication and yes I do remember the fingerprint security system (damed thing....that's why I wasted my money on this junk).
As far as "Byrne and Threshie at Tirex" ... no idea what your talking about??
But hey ....these are the Pinks it's only beer money anyways.
Good luck to us all and lets hope we keep minning more that we loose.
Greely
Greely- You are too kind. You call what was the central purpose of Cortellazzi's acquisition of CDVJ a 'fabrication', yet will not yet deem the company to be a 'scam'? Do you remember the original positioning as an 'airport development company', for example?
One of the greatest 'smoking guns' this year was the attempt to foist a bogus homeland-security theme on the investing public. Do you remember the purported acquisition of a non-existent fingerprint security system company and the co-opting of another company's product description and imagery?
That you are so willing to grant latitude to con-artists like Cortellazzi is one of the reasons they can get away with their crimes. When will you get angry that such fraud is so blatantly and openly perpetrated?
If I'm not mistaken (and please correct me if I am), you gave the same latitude to Byrne and Threshie at Tirex, another Montreal-based fraud that was tantalizingly-almost-credible.
Yes, most assuredly; and have been for about a year now.
You can find a summary of CDVJ/CSJJ press releases and a history of Cortellazzi's nefarious acts of fraud here:
http://cortellazzi.notlong.com
Are we being scammed?
I dont know if we are or not but I do know that the involvement (or the level of involvement in the St Hubert was a fabrication. And think about it, we keep hearing that they are a real estate co. ...bla bla bla but what real estate has any one ever actually heard of or seen any of their real estate holdings??
I hope we are not being scammed and that something eventually comes of this but at this point I definitely feel scammed (I say with embarasement) and my investment in Cort Dev is worth so little it's not even worth selling at this point.
Good Luck to us all!
Greely
Really? Are we being scammed?
Yes I was speaking to him last week and there is really nothing to hear .... Cort dev was never involved in the St Hubert project. End of story.
Sorry guys.
Cortellazzi's promised a buyback before, only to triple the number of outstanding shares. The OS has increased, by the way, to about 1.8BB shares.
Greely, hear anything new from your buddy?
Finally a PR. Too bad is was pure fluff. Though it is good to know the are not planning a RS.
More BS. No meaningful results and nothing accomplished.

No problem Sunny but I really haven't learned anything since. If anything psoitive will come of this (and I hope it does) we better hope the biotech side of things delivers some results because the airport side will be a long while before it produces anything (if it ever does).
Hoping for the best,
Greely
Same guy, Black-Jacker. No doubt about it. There is a requirement for disclosure of felonious history of corporate officers within a certain number of years (5 as I recall), but these are non-reporting trash stocks anyway. There's no law against running a company by someone with prior fraud convictions, but one must wonder about the sanity of those who invest in such companies upon disclosure of the facts.
This I found on a search engine its about the CEO Andrea Cortellazzi for CDVJ and I think CSJJ too? Not sure never looked into that company. I'm not sure if this is legit?? It says he's been convicted of fraud and theres a bunch of newspaper acticles. So is this like a scam stock or what? Or is does this site have the wrong guy, or same name different guy or what?
http://www.cort-dev.tk
At first I thought it was the company website, then I got reading and figured it wasn't LOL.
Did he go to jail or prison if this is him? How can he be the CEO of a publicly traded company if he's a con man?
TIA ~Black-J
Thanks Greely!
Most of that info we already knew, at least those of us who can read French. LOL! And yes, the airport itself and DASH-L is exciting indeed. Cortellazzi has been 'piggybacking' on that excitement.
What is most infuriating about CortDev is that Cortellazzi has been presenting a project at the airport as a faite accompli from the beginning--even going so far as to project a Spring groundbreaking and $3.5MM in revenues this year. Of course, nothing he's ever written about the CDVJ airport project has been true.
If I were in your position, I'd forward all the PAVP and CDVJ press releases to your contact and to the RCMP, beginning with the December 2, 2003 release that started it all.
Hey there folks spoke with my contact today.
The person (employees's husband) is on the board and says the following ;
- They have had two meetings so far.
- Dash L took posetion of the land and airport from the federal government approx one month ago.
- They are just at the stage of creating the company as we speak.
- They have (Dash L) Received a $3000000.00 loan from the federal government to cover current operating deficite that the airport has.
- The topic of the first two board meetings has been the creation of the company.
- No talk yet of airport construction, retail etc (very important caviat--- AS FAR AS HE KNOWS). And as there has been no talk of specific construction etc. he has never heard of Cort Dev. But then why would he if they havent discussed the portion they are involved in yet.
- I asked what the timelines seem to be and he answered that no really clear timelines have been set in stone yet but that if we are investing in this in some way that it would be a long term investment for 4-5 years down the road. Having said that ... this person is an aviation expert and says that small regional airports like this will be a huge market over the next 10 - 15 years!
- Dash L not only has the Airport but large (damn he told me how many acres but I forget and forgot to write it dowm)very large peice of prime comercial real estate which they plan to sell off and develop.... for those who do not live here, it is surrounded by other large retail, comercial and tons of residential.
Sorry for the long post folks but I wanted to share all the info I had. Unfortunately I really do'nt feel any better about my investment in Cort Dev at this point but the St HUbert project shure seems exciting.
I will be forwarding him a link to Cot Dev's site and see if the plans etc. mean anything to him.
Hoping for the best,
Greely
Hey there Sunnny,
No no news yet. I was out of town last week and hope to speak with him this week sometime. Will let you know as soon as I speak with him.
A perfect description, BigDon. LOL!
Cortellazzi passed wind again.
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2004--CortDev, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CDVJ - News) is pleased to update investors on the current status of the St. Hubert Airport project. All the necessary documents to proceed with the construction of the hangar have been submitted to Director Michel Beaudoin, which include the location plans and architectural renderings. Based on these documents the Airport and CDVJ have designated a specific site for the Airport hangar. The complete application will now be submitted and reviewed by higher authorities. In the meantime CDVJ will continue to follow-up on all leads with respect to those parties interested in leasing space within the hangar. CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated, "This has been a longer process than we originally thought, but we are pleased to be near our goal of breaking ground on this major project for the Company and its shareholders. Our building, according to Mr. Beaudoin, will probably be used as a model for all future buildings at the St. Hubert Airport."

Greely, any news yet? i suppose not if you have not posted any. we'll be waiting!
Thanks due DIllinger yeah....Montreal is allot of fun
I'll let you know once I speak to my contact.
Thanks Greely. I'll look forward to seeing your comments. I don't believe that DASH-L will deal with the likes of Cortellazzi. The only track record that anyone seems to be able to find for him is one of fraud.
On a personal note, you live in one of the great cities of North America. I always have a wonderful time when I visit there.
DueDillinger,
I see his comnpany's name there but with a different contact. I know he just joined the board so he has either been added or replaces the person who was on it?
Will know more once I speak with him.
Greely
what luck! hope to hear some interesting information.
