hows the airport coming along? I have a decent stake in this company and am hoping to make some scratch. Or should i bail as soon as possible? The dividends were nice but worthless at the same time.
hi. any news lately? its been quiet around here. first post in 15 days.
In other words, a toutish false alarm this morning as Little Bill gave firefight the old OS numbers and he gleefully posted them without question. LOL!
So did you find out yet if Cortellazzi has issued preferred shares to himself or others? Preferreds that convert to common with high ratios and super-voting power is how many penny trash CEOs maintain control while diluting the stock to 'bolivian' by issuing billions of new shares.
You're afraid to even ask such a question, aren't you?
CDVJ Correction: 1.1 unrestricted .4 restricted per B.Little no change -There is your explanation Dued.
CDVJ we are trying to confirm OS dropped from 1.5 billion to 1.1 billion- over on RB board. Will let you know what we find. If true, a very positive development.
1,813 shares, big deal. The BS continues.
HOUSTON, Sept. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:CSJJ.PK - News) today announced that it has received 1,813 shares of Vetdermal Systems Limited (VDS), Registered in England. These shares represent the first installment of CSJJ's $2M investment program to purchase a major equity interest in VDS. CSJJ is proud to be a major investor in VDS, whose business strategy is to become the leader in the development of specialty transdermal formulations of drugs. CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated: ``This is a significant milestone for CSJJ and instantly transforms us into a viable and profitable technology holding company. VDS has tremendous potential in the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical market and we are excited to own a major stake in it.'' Further information on the growth and accomplishments of VDS will be released in the near future.
If that were true and I were as successful as Warren B., then I would buy IHUB to run as my own playtoy, and would set up a Krispy Kreme franchise for Fatt Matt's personal use. LOL!
Maybe if you had paid more attention to my posts about CortDev, you would have known long ago that it was 'crap'. Indeed, it's a classic pumpadump, and only lax enforcement by the SEC makes it possible for such garbage to trade.
Good luck to you (elsewhere).
Oh I got out of this crap today. But boy Dillinger, you are a whiz with the market. I think we have the next Buffet here.
Bezz- Reality seems to bother you.
Consider for example, the latest fluffbomb from CDVJ. Cortellazzi can't even get the terminology right as the release states "10-15 oil fields in Trinidad Colorado", but I'm sure he means oil wells. There aren't that many oil fields in Las Animas County, where Trinidad is located. LOL!
In fact, NOBODY seems to be pumping much oil in Las Animas County. Evergreen is the major producer there--of natural gas, not oil.
There is a wealth of information available if you know where to look.
Oh would you shut up for the love of god? Go out and do something productive with your life.
Another fluffbombing creates a new generation of stucks!
NEWS!! We need the price to run on up to a penny!!
HOUSTON, Sep 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CortDev, Inc. (CDVJ: Pink Sheets) is pleased to provide further details on the projects mentioned in the September 7 press release.
First of all, the Company is in negotiations to acquire the rights to 10-15 oil fields in Trinidad, Colorado. These fields are attractive to CDVJ due to their high productive capacity and the strong recommendations from oil and gas industry experts and our legal team. Although this project is a bold diversification from our primary line of business, namely real estate development, Management is confident that it will add significant value to the Company as the worldwide demand for oil continues to increase from already high levels. CDVJ will provide further details on its website next week.
The second project under serious consideration is the acquisition of a 45% interest in a residential development project in West Virginia, worth approximately $3.5M. The Company has decided to pursue this project due to a well-known architect that has been retained to design the residences. The site plan and further details on this project will be released in short order.
The third project that is in the negotiation phase is the acquisition of a 10% stake in a major development project in Paris, France. The parcel of land consists of 108 hectares or 10M sq. ft. and will be utilized in several ways, including the construction of residences; parks and similar conservation areas; and retirement homes. CDVJ will be responsible for assisting in project management, which involves hiring the required staff to ensure the timely completion of the project. This will be a very profitable venture due to the fact that the current demand for land in France is high, especially for this type of project as the development laws require that the sites of all industrial companies include a specific percentage of "green space" property. CDVJ will provide additional information on its website next week.

How many OS and FLOAT?
Can anyone tell me how many OS and FLOAT does CDVJ have?
Thanks.
Subsidiary? CSJJ WAS wholly owned, but can't possibly be now. Both stocks are totally manipulated pink sheet trash, and 'market cap' is more or less meaningless.
CDVJ is trying to keep it's market cap ahead of it's subsidiary. It's been tough today. With CDVJ having about a 3 to 1 lead in OS. At times today CSJJ has been close to passing it in market cap. I never saw that before in the market.
Likely driven by wash trades to create the volume and initial price appreciation. Further volume was triggered as bagholders took their opportunity to get out and greedy new bagholder wannabes ran the price up further. That said, there really wasn't much money traded today--less then $100k. GOOG traded $240MM and CMKX traded about a million bucks worth.
rk- "Hoping for the moon" is not as good of a strategy as taking profits when you have 'em. Somehow, the moon never seems to be reached.
Bah! Nothing will happen at the airport in September, because DASH-L...
1) hasn't taken control yet, and
2) must elect a new Board of Directors, who
3) must prepare a new set of by-laws, and
4) have it approved by its members
...before any deals can be negotiated. Cortellazzi has been dangling this mouldy airport carrot in front of investors since he took over the PAVP shell and issued a series of press releases claiming that everything was a done deal.
I have good til cancel orders in from way back - at .015, .02, .025 and so on and so forth...Is it time to think about canceling these hoping for the moon?? Just a thought, and to remind anyone about these GTC sell orders that might go off.
CDVJ September, is when the new owners of the airport takeover-Nothing could be done before that happened.
Why September? I mean, is this the start of an upward trend or just a typical pink sheet bubble?
CDVJ had many investors waiting for September.
Bezz, Wonder what is driving this? I am so happy but I can't find any news! Go CDVJ go! I want out at .005 to make some good profit.
Best of luck to you and all!
Tim
There some reason why at 1:15 PM it is up 100%? I mean, my break even is at .0029, so is any hope I may be having right now ill-founded?
Big Don, I asked about trading being halted for 2 reasons,
1. No Volume
2. This has happened to me before with a company that stinks as bad as this right before they filed for bankruptcy.
just hoping for something good to happen, but fearing it won't. And you don't know had baddddd I want this to be a blockbuster
GLTA
What made you ask if trading was halted? I understand why you asked if CDVJ was all a lie. I have that question too, given the meaningless information in their PRs.
CDVJ was trading halted today? could find out. has this all been a lie?
Thanks! I guess I got all I could!
Best of luck to you!!
Tim
According too FF both dividends were sent out together at the same time.
Thanks Garofalos! I sure hope this CDVJ starts moving up in pps again soon! I am definately out at .005+
Another thing is, I held my all my shares through both dividend dates but only got one dividend. I thought I would get two dividends, did I misunderstand?
Thanks
Tim
Tim: I also sent an e-mail to Transport Canada to find out whether CDVJ is actually doing any work at St. Hubert Airport.
Perhaps CDVJ is waiting until after the transfer takes place on September 1st before presenting any projects there?
Dear Madam,
St-Hubert airport has not yet been transferred to DASH-L. An agreement to transfer was signed by both parties on May 18, 2004. The official transfer should take place on September 1st 2004. Therefore, Transport Canada has ownership of the airport and any dealings with prospective clients are Transport Canada's responsibility, until the airport is successfully transferred.
As for CortDev, the airport's manager, Michel Beaudoin, discussed a possible project for an FBO operation. As of today no project has been officially presented to Transport Canada and no negotiations have been undertaken to sign a lease with the department.

Best of luck to you!

Where on the website is "more information". All I could find was the original PR. I sent them an e-mail requesting details. Will share info if/when I receive any.

Recieved 10,000 shares CSJJ valued at $20.00. What a windfall. It sure was worth the wait. It was at $.22 when they announced the dividend and $.002 now. Still not convinced that CDVJ is not a POS.
I have Freetrade which is a division of Ameritrade and I have received all of mine. FWIW
Yes,Penny...I recd both lots of CSJJ in my a/c on Aug 4th
I have an account in Ameritrade and still haven't received shares of CSJJ. Has anyone who has shares in an Ameritrade account received shares? Thanks.
"What 'gravy train'?" Tough to swallow DD, but true. No results from this company so far, just bull$#@%.
FYI... dividends (for both dates) were deposited in TD Waterhouse accounts today.
Greely
What 'gravy train'? CDVJ used the prospect of a dividend to sucker fools into buying and/or holding shares as the price declined precipitously. To buy a million shares of CDVJ on April 8 would have cost $4500 and you would have been entitled to 100k shares of CSJJ that you can buy today for $300. You can buy a million shares of CDVJ today for $600. Be thankful you missed it. LOL!
Ah well...I guess I missed the gravy train. *Sigh*
Bezzbawl- You had to own CDVJ shares on either April 9 or May 19 to qualify for the dividend distribution of CSJJ shares.
Did I have to register something with CortDev before a certain date to qualify?
I use TD Waterhouse and nothing yet, if anyone with Waterhouse sees them show up please let us know.
Greely
My shares just showed up in my account today for the first batch. I didnt do anything. It shows up as Coastal Holdings. I am not sure when the 2nd batch will show up. I use Freetrade.
