Well that's not true. They systematically dumped their stock from the highest level down and made a gianormous reverse split. Basically everyone who didn't sell during the past two years with the hope of making the money back lost 99%.

Several of us went to the state's attorney general and 21 of us have a class action law suit going. All of the investors should receive some info.

The Florida dept of Financial regulation forwarded all info to the SEC and I have spoken with them directly in Miami.

Elite and Medefile could be going away for a very very long time.

We have a great class action suit in the works I feel. The more investors the better.

Company is a joke! All it's ever been is a cookie jar for the two major shareholders. It shouldn't even be a public company, but private.

They have been pushing this skin oil like carneys in a traveling circus for 10 years what does that tell you. If the product had any substance or market place they could have easily sought investment bank financing, but apparently they would rather BS the uniformed because their revolutionary product & know how is line with 100's of other company's with exactly the same or like product.

The R/S was to minimize the shareholders equity. It is a 3-part
game increas a/s then R/S then sell discounted shares for cash
ivestors. His problem was he could not peddle
the lowcost shares (.0005) So,he is now painting the PPS to be attractive to his new customers. JUst wonder how far he will take it. hopefully increase enough to get out. That is the reason for the big ask. Pit

I also think that a pump up is being built up - hoping for that at least. But what would be the sense of a R/S without fake or true news too follow? So Kevin needs to get something out soon if he wants to continue getting money out of this crappy company.
