The R/S was to minimize the shareholders equity. It is a 3-part
game increas a/s then R/S then sell discounted shares for cash
ivestors. His problem was he could not peddle
the lowcost shares (.0005) So,he is now painting the PPS to be attractive to his new customers. JUst wonder how far he will take it. hopefully increase enough to get out. That is the reason for the big ask. Pit
