The answer is "No Can Do." That is the special OTC list that this one is on. That document sits on a desk somewhere in New York City and guarantees that CPRK will never trade again or be listed anywhere. If anyone says otherwise they are simply not telling the truth.

The OTC is nothing but an "exchange" for shares of fake companies and ticker symbols. Unfortunately there are so many who still believe the CPRK pipe dream and others like it. Sad.

Yes I believe there were some folks that were bad, there were/are folks that were great people and I'm not sure where we stand now? Still holding out some hope. I have been working on other stocks and it has been making up for what I invested in cprk. Jmo

most OTC companies are negligent in files, and filing the required documents---a big red flag, but the damage is done ---well in advance----the owners/insiders/banksters took the money and ran

We'll just wanted to mention we visited the open pit mining areas, I filmed the Grand Opening, We toured the mill also. There were several individuals that caused a lot of problems. Jmo

It never convinced me LOL! But I do remember seeing videos of people talking and the mill working and driving around to different buildings. And again...could have been any mill in any town. Sadly the stock price never matched all the "wonderful things" going on.

I remember that well. What should have been provided was a photograph or video of paperwork being filled out properly and correct submission to the OTC. Because that is the only value that matters when a stock issue is at this level. Mine or no mine is irrelevant. If there is a mine it is nothing but a red herring to cover up the most important thing, the OTC filing. Most of the OTC companies are run out of someones bedroom or basement. There is no real value except perception, most of which is fake.

was and an aerial shot of the flat land......sort of convincing.

I remember a few shareholders went to the site (or more accurately IMO some shareholders were taken to A site (who knows if it was actually the one associated with the stock?) and were given a tour of the place. I wasn't one of them and didn't personally know any of them. Who knows for sure what happened? The only thing that is 100% verifiable right now is this thing is dead and our money is gone.

People were getting wise to what was going on? I really couldn't tell you. If I remember correctly (and I could be wrong because it HAS been a while) it went from a radio show stock to a copper mine stock. Or was that the sunken treasure hunting one? I can't remember now. All I know is it was a long time ago and I thought it was BS from the start and I'm pretty sure my shares were switched and there was nothing I could do about it. But again...it was a long time ago and I could be confusing this scam with any one of the other 100 scams from back then LOL!

That is a big part of the problem. It's like a shell game. People are focused on mines, ore, management, etc. The real issue is/was about paperwork and was it filled out correctly and filed with the OTC and was it approved for trading? Obviously not.

Yes, I toured the mill also and visited the mine on two separate occasions. I also have a piece of the ore sitting on the window sill in my office. I attended in person meetings with people at the mine and with those trying to save our investments. Not everyone was dishonest.

In the OTC world, delisting means removed. It will never be listed again. Wouldn't it be so easy for the management to just say that? But they won't.

a retired broker and bank teller would know Equity holders borrow capital under the corporate umbrella that has a tax when it’s paid back by the corporation. The company purchases goods and services that has a tax capital cost that maybe deferred against future earnings. The company has no earnings or not enough of it so they sell the tax credit derived by there capital expenditures creating a revenue. Revenue is not profit . There is a distinct deference. This action allows the company too leverage there borrowed capital tax cost selling it too the public through the common public stock market.

It’s debt that is payable before equity debt but not the equity it self . The the common share debt is often referred to as second tier equity debt while third tier debt is held by the equity holders them self and any subsequent first tier debt ie: bonds. First tier debt that is collateralized firstly the 3rd tier equity then the second tier equity of the common shareholders.

Remember that there doesn't have to be a mine to get a company listed for trading. There has to be paperwork and approval. Unfortunately this one is on the No Can Do list at the OTC. So it will never trade again until this is fixed. I would be questioning filing and paperwork rather than endless updates about the mine and whether there is or isn't one. Small OTC companies usually have nothing but an idea run out of some person's basement. Then they ultimately trade at .0001 as sellers run the stock into the ground.

Your wrong, we toured the mill, visited with a few people from the company, met a local land owner where they were removing ore. Hell I have a 300# plus piece of ore. Jmo I believe it was one of the Senators that gave a speech Also.

Been some time since I posted here. Metal prices are climbing, I still remember being at the Grand Opening years ago! Then the big mess some inside people caused to the company. Still here and just maybe someday Lee can get us moving again? What ever happened with the mill after it was sold out from under shareholders?? Of course this is just my opinion.

No False Records. Prove that Microsoft was listed on the OTC. What was the ticker symbol? The fact that a few friends and lackeys bought shares does not mean the company was on the OTC. It was never on the OTC.

False records there.... my family knew people in Seattle who were developing the company, and some bought in under a dollar and 10 cents was mentioned---that was in the late 1970's. one neighbor was a retired Admiral, but was not into stocks

Quite the Contrary. Microsoft did an Initial Public Offering on Wall Street on March 13, 1986. It opened up at $21 per share. It was never on the OTC. Nice try.

The only "Silence" that really matters or counts for anything is from the OTC. The sound of silence of the "No Can Do" list is deafening. De-listed companies are never listed again. The song remains the same. At least the carnival barkers have stopped posting here. Over and out.
