I remember that well. What should have been provided was a photograph or video of paperwork being filled out properly and correct submission to the OTC. Because that is the only value that matters when a stock issue is at this level. Mine or no mine is irrelevant. If there is a mine it is nothing but a red herring to cover up the most important thing, the OTC filing. Most of the OTC companies are run out of someones bedroom or basement. There is no real value except perception, most of which is fake.
