Well, I know hope is not part of investing. The reason I invested in the Equity Funders is they are former cprk shareholders also. They had much more then me invested in the original company i'm sure. It is this handful of great people that have done all the work. Yes, we have invested in the Equity Funders but we know they have the skills to get this trading again. I'm sure nobody likes the amount of time so far, but without their work the millions of shares I had pre split would have been completely gone years ago. When we are trading again nobody will make you eat crow! But you may have to buy the first round!!! LOLOLO Hang in there!! JMO

I truly hope that you are right.i hope that I have to eat a ton of crow,but after a year and getting longer my hope is fading. You still have the original cprk shares that would have been wiped out completely from your account years ago if the original group that sold the mill out from under shareholders had their way. We all still have the original shares in our accounts, they are just assigned with a number, once they are trading they'll have a symbol again. Who like waiting? Nobody. Without Lee, Chuck and others there would be NO waiting. So I'm fine with waiting knowing that we still are in the game, and these folks actually care about the shareholders!! Not like the original folks I met at the Grand Opening. These guys will get it done. JMO

I did cal equity founders and I did get my money back.and, I would leave if I could sell my worthless shares.so, when after a year after exiting from bankruptcy this stock ever trades again I will trade out and be gone. Also weren’t equity founders suppose to receive more worthless shares.

You are spot on Skittle. No one legitimate lends money to any company seeking or listed on the Fake Stock Exchanges. Any "company" listed here uses the fake exchange to line the pockets of the founders or owners or affiliates of the Fake Company. No money raised goes to the company itself. That is why not one of these companies ever makes it, becomes legitimate, lists on a real stock exchange, etc. Failure City. This should have been learned in the year 2000.

They should sell and issue ESF shares to CPRK shareholders and use that money to develop the ESF mining properties. Even if CPRK starts trading, who would give a company with shady past and bankruptcy millions in loan. You can't develop a mining company on shoestring budget.Anyone can do a simple search and find all sort of negative info on this company, so why use the same company name. All you get is bad press. I don't understand why this management didn't tried to go in a different direction 2 years ago.

More time and money and resources has been spent trying to list a failed and de-listed public entity that whoever is behind it really looks delusional. I have said it before I will say it again. A brand new deal should have been launched by now. That way it would be brand new with no history. It could have received a ticker symbol in a little over a year. Instead, someone wants to keep beating a dead horse hoping it will wake up. As every day goes on it becomes less likely that it will ever be listed again. A brand new deal from scratch is much more valuable than an old failed situation.

Sorry for your losses, Skittle. You are spot on about these Fake companies. They are all the same. I will be watching this board for the first sign of a pump before or simultaneous to listing. You can bet the sellers will be lined up to dump it so they can get out and move on as quickly as possible. And any buying will be Fake because real investors do not put money into this garbage anymore. Keep in mind that the reality is that it still will never be listed again.

If you have a few k invested in ESF, then they may give you your money back. But if you have a lump sum, they are not giving you your money back unless your harass them night and day. I have tried in past several times, but I got caught up with other stuff so I didn't follow up on those requests. I guess that's what they hoping for is that if they don't respond you forget about it or give up. Even if you do get a response from them, it will probably take a year for them to give your money back. So therefore, the only way you can get your ESF money back is for cprk to start trading again. I am really pissed. First I lose money on my original cprk shares and now I am going to lose money investing in f ESF; even when (if), this stock starts trading. I am pretty sure, this f company will start dumping cprk shares to raise fund so the share price will tank. Hopefully, I can dump my shares on their initial pump when(if) we start trading. They are going to come out with a garage report just like the one they gave when they first ask people to invest in ESF. The report was based on nothing but guesses. I remember showing a couple of co-worker the report and they laughed and told me to stop investing in the company...damn I really wish I listen to them. Five+ years and they never gave out an official update on those properties.

I was.they did at least pay the interest also but i am glad to have escaped with at least that money. I still have my valueless shares and i never received the shares for paying into the equity funding for 6 years but oh well live and learn

You are one of the lucky ones, Dent. This case is living proof of why you never put more than a few hundred dollars into a deal like this. It has to be money you can afford to lose. Those who put more than $1,000 in are foolish. If you are looking to make a quick buck there are far better ways than parking into some failed company that very possibly may never be listed again. All that is left here now is guessing when it will be listed. We have been guessing for years.

I have to say that i am extremely glad that i got my funds out of equity founders as i was able to put that money to use and have doubled up to date and can sleep at night.one year after getting out of bankruptcy and nothing to date. Oh well.good luck to you all still in equity founders.

Here was my thinking, since the the float will be tiny and the ppl running the company have skin in the game and want it to be profitable. I figured I would continue to hang out and make even more money, sure is nice to "have a choice"......

I have done the math and I had 0, but thanks to a few that worked hard and had a vision. Think my INVESTMENT is in good hands. As they say, I'm going to let it ride and watch it grow.

We all have our Exit price, mine is not $2.00 and why in the world would I leave a ton of money on the table.
With a tiny float and the right ppl running the company, the sky is the limit......
I am also an ESF shareholder, we all want this to be a true winner in the long run.

You are spot on, Skittle. In the 1990s there were lots of buyers around. Now there are only sellers and whatever suckers the Pump and Dump artists can muster up. Be aware of Red Herrings like what the company is "working on" or what Lee said or whoever. Down at this Fake Exchange level none of that means anything. I will be watching to see all of the people at the exit door on that first day of listing. Remember, all that matters is the stock ticker itself, who is selling, etc. I do wish it was 1997 again for everyone. Because everyone would make a killing. GLTA, including the shorters, just to be fair and balanced. LOL.

CPRKQ, WOW !!!!!....... Let's see here, investing was a choice one makes based off willing to " loose" everything.
So let me get this straight, the money one invested is lost in BK, But wait!!!.....some investors stepped up (did not have too) but did and saved our ASK from loosing everything and this is the thanks they get. One should be VERY VERY thankful that we have such strong and dedicated people looking out for us smalls.

That would be back in the day, yep. I was at the original cprk's grand opening, I met a lot of folks, some of which turned out to be turds, and were in court for their actions. The original board sold out shareholders, the original folks like wilf made money at the expense of shareholders. The best thing that ever happened is we are rid of them and anything they had to do with cprk. Those folks were bad. Lee and others are not those folks, Cprkq will be trading again but without the bad apples. Things are moving along and we will be trading again. Only now we have an A team working for us!! Big difference, the only thing in common with the old company is the symbol for now. Enough said. JMO

You just don't get it. It doesn't matter what Lee or anyone else does or doesn't do. It does matter what the company is working on. Your shares will collapse along with everyone else's. Brace yourself and get ready to sell your stock into the Fake stock market. It is what everyone does down here except those who have restricted shares. They have to wait at least one year. By the way, have you studied the way any of this fake stock market business works? You could start by looking at the history of CPRKQ way back in the year 2000 when it was created. Those who ignore history tend to see it repeat over and over again.
