They should sell and issue ESF shares to CPRK shareholders and use that money to develop the ESF mining properties. Even if CPRK starts trading, who would give a company with shady past and bankruptcy millions in loan. You can't develop a mining company on shoestring budget.Anyone can do a simple search and find all sort of negative info on this company, so why use the same company name. All you get is bad press. I don't understand why this management didn't tried to go in a different direction 2 years ago.
