For the record, the President of ContinuityX Solutions - David Godwin - filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy himself. This was recently converted to Chapter 7.

This is a Chapter 7 bankruptcy - chances of recovery or any value to the stock are slim and none - and slim just left town.
