The Company's revenues for the fiscal year that ended December 31, 2009 were $9,600,592 with a gross profit of $1,764,221, compared to revenues of $10,905,490 for the fiscal year that ended December 31, 2008 with a gross profit of $1,986,165. Although the Company did not beat previous fiscal revenue numbers, management continues to have a great positive outlook for the years to come as more and more titles are becoming in demand for multiple platforms.

The Company has been hard at work developing a portfolio of titles for 2010/2011 for most major game platforms and personal computers; releasing Virtual Villagers (DS) and Geon Cube (Wii) in first quarter this year and America's Next Top Model (DS and Wii), based on the popular television series, just a few weeks ago. America's Next Top Model Wii was our largest initial Wii order in quite some time. America's Next Top Model DS had a very strong initial order as well.

The Company has also released a repackaged version of the Think Logic Trainer titles released last year, now branded as thinkSMART Family (DS and Wii) and Kids (DS only), which did more than twice the number of units sold under the original packaging. Conspiracy Entertainment Announces 1:3 Reverse Stock Split Effective Immediately >CPYE 04/26 08:00 AM



LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2010--
("Conspiracy Entertainment") , a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment software in North America and Western Europe, today announced a one-for-three reverse stock split. The stock split was effective as of April 22, 2010 and will be trading under the symbol "CPYED" for 20 trading days to designate that it is trading on a post reverse split basis. Subsequently, the stock will resume trading under the symbol "CPYE" on or about May 20, 2010.

As a result of the reverse stock split, every three shares of common stock will be exchanged for one share of common stock and the total number of shares outstanding will be reduced from approximately 75 million to approximately 25 million. No fractional shares will be issued in association with the reverse stock split and holders of fractional shares.

My big Christmas pick is CPYE.



Although it may still be early to start thinking about the holiday season, for the savvy individual, now could be the time to start looking at companies that will benefit for this time of year.

There's one thing every kid likes and many grown ups too. That's video games.

CPYE is a game developer, that in the last 2 years has released numerous games on different video games platforms. CPYE recently released what I believe will be a blockbuster game called, "Real Heroes: Firefigther" I believe the kids will eat this game up around the holiday season.

About a month ago CPYE made a nice rally but failed to breakout out bigger, today CPYE tested this high made a month ago and broke it.

Awesome volume and trading action today! I always thought that CPYE was a good buyout candidate for one of the larger game makers, but that is just speculation on my part. Like you said, probably heading higher off of the good sales on Real Heroes.
