I am trying to contact The Consolidated Oil and Gas Company. I was searching through my Great Grandfather's documents, and I have found one for 12 shares in their company? Does anyone know of who I can contact about this document? It is dated November 20, 1916? Thank you,
Isn't that fantastic. There goes a grand down the toilet.
CSLG Revoked: Note: 15 days from SEC Suspension for DEFAULT to file Financials.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2012/34-67551.pdf
Well, so much for immediately...
Guess I'll have to write this one off as a total loss. Too bad, it was the only one in my port that was green.
Yes, Mac. Consolidated Oil & Gas must immediately file all delinquent Financials or make a commitment to the SEC that the SEC accepts to file all Fins ASAP or the SEC Admin Law Judge will likely revoke the stock within a few weeks.
So we're hoping for immediate compliance or we can assume our cash is gone, right?
Ash and other interested persons, the SEC Admin Law Judge (ALJ) has revoked over 560 stock registrations in the past 2 years on DEFAULT reasons when the suspended companies did not immediately comply to file all delinquent Financials. It usually takes only a few weeks for the revocation process to occur.
For reference the ALJ link will show all revocations:
http://www.sec.gov/alj/aljorders.shtml
usually it's for good, but u never know with these
So what's the deal, investigation and suspension until the company conforms to something... Or is this a dead bird?
WTF.why they are doing that alot?
Great, I guess I just threw away my money. I thought it might be a good lottery ticket, but I guess not.

I guess nothing was brewing. Glad to see there wasn't any dumping going on though. This could be a good lottery ticket of you can get ten at .007ish and hold them till she trades at .05 again. Worst case you sell in between the spread and take home a little green for the port.
I'll be holding for a long while until it heats up again.
Any reason to buy this at .015???
No trades. No news. No info. on letter of intent with AGRT. Neither company has oil or money.
Fishy smell AGRT/CSLG. OTC has stop trading CSLG because no financials for years. Director Powell of AGRT is CEO of Consolidated in Barbourville a private company yet AGRT says it is dealing with public company CSLG. Vern Wilson CEO AGRT was president Qeteras Financial which is where the 20 mil. is coming from. Zone Resources(formerly CONSOLIDATED -Beacon Co.) Vancouver B.C. has been oil drilling in Tenn with CSLG and ran into salt water.
Letter of intent with AGRT on May30th but not formalized yet. If CSLG is making money they arent letting anybody konw about it.
Possible deal with (AGRT) in Paul leases of Overton County,Tenn? Neither of them have ready cash though!
(CSLG) may be operating in Texas as Sabinal Resources but not quite sure. They have same zip code.
CSLG Consolidated Oil & Gas, Inc.bounce over 33%, looking good so far. Over looked gas & oil stock.
I've been watching...ss?
CSLG Consolidated Oil & Gas, Inc. dipped, looking for a bounce here. This one you can profit off when it starts moving.
Share structure?
Anything going on here?
I have an order in between the bid and ask.....hope it will fill
I am going to average down at these levels....I think
I have had a position here for quite a while....hope there is still some life
Buy like heck when no one wants it, and sell when they can't get enough.
Glenda, good luck to you,
we are in the beginning to middle of a bear market for equities. Also, we have just started in the last few days a bear market in commodities. You should see the individual charts for each of the grains, metals, foods and industrial commodities. Scary! The Petroleum group (Crude, gasoline and heating oil) are not far behind- forming a huge top and rolling over. The CRB chart below says it all. Sign of the Bear! Be careful, Lady.
I have lost interest in stocks and commodities as a result.
And most of all, I have lost interest in the snippy little mind games micro-cap investors play with each other here at I-Hub. They are more interested in shareholders and non-shareholders than the stocks- their technicals and fundamentals. There are even a few stalkers here. It is all very sad that people who present no threat to each other pretend like they could be threats. Look at has become of the FSNR board. Look at the AENP board. Look at this poor board.
I leave you (and I-Hub) now. I have had enough. Watch out not to become the "Sweetheart of Sigma Chi!"
So, Consolidated is having an asset sale and is being bought out by a PA privately held company? Was supposed to have closed last week, but will have a clean balance sheet next week?
Wave, since you have me blocked and have removed your email, if you need to reach me, send your info here......I'll get it.....eventually.
We're not chummy enough to swap numbers. Morristown is similiar to Newport Beach, a little upidty.....

btw; Frontier is based out of ..Houston
Glenda, there are only a few,
IMHO, that stand to benefit in a meaningful way if your assumptions happen:
CSLG
FSNR
and maybe RGNC. OCICBW
BTW, it is only about 70 mile commute from 10940 to 07940.
Frontier Oil has a Denver Refining Operations office:
http://www.frontieroil.com/en/cms/?206
And NJ contractor posted yesterday that FTO is testing some new EOR chemical called Petrozene. And if you read the FTO annual Report for 2007, most of the oil that FTO refines at its two refineries is HEAVY OIL.
They are going to New London. The question is, where will the next ones, the one a month be going? Sounded like to me wherever Waste Management puts them, or down close to Liberty, Tx at a landfill.
Thanks for the clarification,
but was it your impression the three new ones would physically join the one in New London, Texas, or just that the three new ones would go into operation somewhere else in the world, not necessarily Texas. Bottom line, I just wonder where the new ones will end up based upon what was said.
Tia,

Thery would not let me take any pictures. I caught my error and changed it to three in 80% complete. Did the edit not take? Those three will join the one in production according to Marshall. They just look like huge dumpsters. lol
The most honest thing about my visit were the welders working around..just not welding, but it was about 4:30.
Glenda, thanks again for sharing,
did they let you take any photographs? The way you described it, were there 3 carbonators 80% built and a fourth one in an earlier stage of completion? I say this because you said: "...One a month will be built after these four go to join the one in action."
Wonderful post, lady.

Up 23.5% today, what a surprise,
I still say this company needs a positive SEC filing to make up for the recent 8 & 10 K's.
gratli1028, road trip on your day off? Huston was not the same without you.
Not yet, on the way back as I drove up in the middle of the night. Please send/confirm addresses to save me time.
Have camera...will travel.
Glenda
PS. My Petrozene didn't have any odor as Lloyd had put it in plastic, but now it is giving off an odor. Interesting.
Is this stock a buy, yet?
Gratli- you been carbonator hunting yet?
You might look at the Kilgore Manufacturing plant and then the New London facility and finally for their office in Tyler. Good hunting and take a digital camera, please!
They are all up there East of Dallas near Tyler.
Wave
Looks like this company was sold
per the SEC filings.
But I would not buy Consolidated stock,
not after reading the SEC filings.
I always admired those with two
or more jobs. They end up succeeding in life.
lol I have a day job..........contracting, which has me stuck outside this year, unlike previous years.
Self Employed home improvements, lets me dictate when I go to work, for me its "after" the bell, lol.
And anyway..lol..I have my own list of pink shells.
No, this is a big driller...looking for AMEX...drills for Chesapeake.
