Anybody know anything on this POS that last time i checked "Lost its ticker symbol"? My biggest loss so far, looking for any signs of life...

Turned down a 9 month gig doing upgrades, (wanting the tax free stuff) not looking too hard, but if something good pops up I'm afraid I'll have to take it

talked to my broker about this stock the other day and asked for a form he mentioned called a "Request To Remove Worthless Securities".
I believe at the least this will give me a chance to put this loss into this yrs taxes. I have no faith anything will happen here. Good luck to all that stay the course.

I wrote the company and got an answer the same day!

Hi, I'm a stockholder and I was wondering what the company is doing to regain their stock status. Will this ever get to trading again, or am I just "out of luck"?

You are not out of luck. We have spent a lot of time and money on working out the way forward and at this moment we are considering different options on what to do. You are still a shareholder so nothing lost.

I am going to my county court house and file with small claims court also. The way I see it we probably will not get anything but If enough people do this it will cost them the money they stole in legal fees

and these guys know that. I have talked
to the SEC about this and several others.
They will do nothing since these are not
SEC reporting companies and cannot be held
accountable. The last SEC rep I spoke with
simply said do not put your money in
nano stock companies, you will lose. I have
learned that the hard way. I have a whole
shelf full of dead pinks.

We are coming up on a year that we were to receive F/S shares.
I do not see that we are going to get any of our money back.
As time goes by so does any interest in putting any pressure on this Company.
Can anyone tell me what are the legal steps to take and if there is a time limit?

We have not changed just lots more to navigate.

here, but it still pisses me off.

No problem. I have communicated each month with Christer since CDMA was delisted. I have begun to be more forceful with my emails to elicit more info to no avail. I plan to sue them in August to make sure I stay within the one year timeframe so I'll let you all know how that turns out. Small claims court is a very simple and inexpensive process so that's the way I'll go.

You are now a shareholder in a private company and we are investigating different avenues as I have mentioned to you previously. To take a company public is no small task and a very expensive excersise. We are considering this and other options. All options take a lot of time to investigate.

nothing lately...there was some good news withing the company a few weeks ago, that there is some headway being made. like it or not...the shareholders will be the last to see anything solid. a company/business that's still in the process of shifting everything over isn't going to go online and give you a weekly or monthly situation report. it's just not going to happen. I call them once a month, get a pretty good feel of what is going on, post what i can and what is relevant...not much more than that. it's more that writing panic blurbs and saying...class action! occupy hubsters, lol.
