yeah...think about it for about 2 seconds and hit delete.
I like the "think about it", at the end......
OPEN LETTER TO CHRISTER
I know you are working on.. "different options on how to take the company forward".
However... that DOESN'T speak to restoring Shareholder's lost investments.
At this point in time, you and your company are VERY LIABLE for dropping the ball with the SEC, and causing this problem. The SEC communicated with you, and you didn't answer. Even Shareholders wrote your company about the potential upcoming problem and you ignored them. Your company had PLENTY of time and chances to remedy the warnings before it became a problem. Yet you chose to ignore everything and now many Shareholders have suffered losses and lost tons of money for no fault of their own.
We need you focused on restoring our investments FIRST. Then worry about taking your company forward.
Your company will not move forward when there are tons of pissed off Shareholders following you everywhere you go.
Think about it.
I understand what that means.
I have several pinkies that have
had breakdowns in getting financial
issues resolved. Hopefully they can
get it together. GLTU.
Yes actually...but you should prob call them yourself so you can understand it...i don't even want to attempt to paraphrase what I was told me for fear of not getting it totally correct...i try to report the facts, not accusations, assumptions, and wild guesses. But there was a breakthrough with getting some of there partners online...there is alot they have to do to get things changed over and this was pivitol for them. Talk to Mr. Mattsson, he will be much more helpful than me. See ya Buffalo and good luck.
Lex: Have you heard anything
from the company lately? Thanks.
what amazes me here is that over four months have gone by and there is still the conspiracy theorists and "occupy shareholders" making assertions based on no facts. can you back that statement up..at all? just a little? or you throwing that out there like a wild guess?
got the same email about 10 days or so after I emailed the co.
yeah, same here, it's another scam I think. What I expect to happen now is to be contacted by them asking for a private placement in exchange for shares in the next failure, the only millions you'll get are promises.
I was also asked if I am an accredited investor.
I got the same email.
No, it continues to be postponed.
Did I miss the communication from the company?
On 3/13 out of the blue I was contacted by Christer. A simple question but something must be in the works.
Gordon
Are you an accredited investor ?
Best regards
Christer
I just sent them an Email and this was the reply.
Hi Joseph
We are working on different options on how to take the company forward, at this point we have not decide but will let you know as soon as we know.
I would expect it to take several weeks more as it is a complicated matter.
Best regards
Christer
i think its time to call them again; they said 3-4 weeks no?
Received this email 2/28/12 after contacting them for an update:
******************************************************************
We are working on different scenarios and will let you know as soon as something becomes real, I would suggest that you check in with me in 3-4 weeks.
Best regards
Christer

Oh, come on. There was all this talk back in late 2011 about a class action lawsuit. It's not happening.
Honestly, you haven't tried to contact anybody. Christer Mattson picks up darn near every time someone calls the company office.
If you invested more than $300 in Oct-Dec 2011, sorry, but the only real option now is to send all your contact info to Steve Poole and hope there is some sort of share carry-over when they re-list under a new symbol. Would I bet my life (or more than $300) that it will definitely happen? Of course not...there's already been a fair share of "unforeseen delays."
But, again, it's the only real option at this point.
Great idea! How much are you in it for?
It's been a week since I sent an email to the address you gave me and the co hasn't sent a reply or confirmation. Thought you might want to know. Thanks again
Agreed they always respond.
I think they are still in
business as per Christer's
linked in profile. Hopefully
they can resolve stock issue
and we can re-coup our money.
FWIW, no debating any actions you deem appropriate, but my e-mail to the Company (same e-mail as two posts earlier) was responded to within 4 hours. I was impressed on the rapid response by Mr. Mattsson.
Yes! I think a class action suit is in order. I believe these guys have been out to defraud their investors for a long time. I've tried several times to contact these guys, but they've been too slippery.
Count me in.
email to:
cmattsson@codimatech.com,
Yes email to them. No idea what is
happening. Just be sure they have
your info in case. They will not
hunt down shareholders if they
issue new shares under another
ticker symbol etc. IMHO
Should I email them this info? Thanks in advance. and are they being re listed? if so, when?
Just make sure they have all of
your contact info. Address, ph#,
email. Also the number of shares
you have and who they are with.
They did not ask for my Fidelity
acct.# If they need that in the
future, I will share that too, if
it means I have a chance to recover
my shares. GLTU
how would i give them my info? like do i have to give proof of my shares? or will they just give our trade accounts credit? i dont know how this works. thank you sir.
Hey Lex, e-mail me that guys number you were talking about please!
Going on R&R tomorrow! Whoo Hooo!
Geez, burn a book around here and the whole place goes crazy. Stay safe!
As far as I know Christer Mattsson is the CEO.
His email:cmattsson@codimatech.com
Hello Codima board member. I don't know much about CDMA but recently stumbled upon the name "Alfonso Knoll." I am trying to catch up on the CDMA sec revocation (very difficult dd). Mainly trying to research your President (I think current president) Alfonso Knoll. You may find this info useful. I am wondering if this has anything to do with cdma's new symbol (???) Any light that you can shed is appreciated, and I will do the same. http://www.indocan.com/pressreleases.html
Thanks, I appreciate it.
Sure here ya go. GLTU.
cmattsson@codimatech.com
Do you have the company email address to forward share info to?
Thanks
Thanks Lex! Let us know what
they have to say. (o:
Not yet Buffalo...I usually call them about onece a month, he did say call anytime so I was thinking about doing that today (Monday). I will post after I do that for anything new. Also planning on a visit to New York the first week of April.
Heard from them lately Lex?
That's the million dollar question, right? From the way it was explained to me is the stockholders will get what ever was lost when the company was delisted. Maybe a little more, little less, but pretty close. Thinking about that, I would normally not be surprised to see a major dump, but when there are only 35-40 shareholders? not so sure. i will be seeing them in New York either this April or in June. Plan on posting whatever new news I get.
Not sure, but I will be happy
to get 1 for 1 in a stock that
is at least trading. Tip for
all here: be sure they have
your info. They will not be hunting
you down when the time comes to
give out new shares or whatever
they decide. IMHO.
Bottom line -
The company hasn't missed a beat in their daily operations. They will likely re-appear under a different trading symbol in the next 90 days. The only question becomes - what happens to all the "CDMA" stockholders?
If Steve Poole holds true to his statement: "We are working with professional advisors and moving towards a new listing which will enable shareholders to receive new shares in exchange for their existing ones and once more be free to trade," everybody is happy. Will the value work out to 1:1? (That is, the equivalent as outstanding shares will likely be far less than what CDMA had at the end).
Thoughts?
Christer still working on it.
See note below. No news, but
still responding to my emails
and working on the problem.
Hi Bob
We are working on different scenarios
and it is going slower then we like ,
check back in a couple of weeks.
Best regards
Christer
maybe CDMA needs to contact this company for some help.Baron Capital Transfer and Registrar to Officially Open in February
Jan 25, 2012 09:00:00 (ET)
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Baron Capital Enterprises, Inc. (otcpk:BCAP) ( www.baroncapitalenterprise.com ) is pleased to announce that its Transfer Agent division will be fully operational servicing clients in February.
In December, the Company had the software installed on to its server and over the past few weeks has been working on meeting all the other requirements, such as obtaining insurance, registering with The Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program, and ordering a document reader to verify the Medallion Stamp.
In February Baron Capital Transfer and Registrar will submit an application to Depository Trust Corporation to enter the FAST program.
Updates will follow shortly.
I've been keeping one eye on this situation, but no real insight at this time due to some other ventures that are currently consuming my focus.
I am encouraged by the posts on this board the last month or so. Constructive exchange of ideas (for the most part) and feedback on how to best recover everyone's money...
It's good to know that we have an observer.
buffalo2222 - VERY nice catch!! I did not look up poster history because the message was so positive (IMO). Kudos to you - you get the 'CDMA Inquiring Minds Want to Know Award' for the month of January. Job well done!
GLTA CDMA shareholders (for some future redemption/exchange).
Bowood - thanks for the update. The message instills a little hope here for CDMA investors. GLTY.
Your welcome buffalo. Those you are talking about do have a place here...it provides us with plenty of entertainment value during the dry spell.
Lex: Thanks for all you have done to try to
help shareholders here and thanks for
sharing info you have found! In my mind,
that is what these boards are designed for.
Too many people use these boards to bash,
pump and try to hurt others along the way.
Refreshing to see someone trying to help. (o:
This is great news. I sincerely hope everyone that had anything invested in Codima is able to get their shares back. I've done my best to post what I find out and make sure it's factual.
What say you Scrooge? Thoughts?
Thanks Steve and Please keep
us posted. Rare to even get
communication in cases like this.
Appreciate it.!! Buffalo.
