Already did - see post below. By the way, CRLJ is the same stock as CDIT after CDIT carried out a symbol change following the RS. Anybody that knows anything about shell plays, realises that it is more common than not for co's to change symbol and RS in order to clean up the shell ready for RM.

Re Dilution: Look at the post below which contains a chart from 2006 running through until November 2006 (the time the 1 for 100 RS took place). Incidentally, it is quite common for shells to RS after the actual RM takes place and it happens more often than not. For the vast majority of the time, CMF is positive on the chart, which shows no dilution IMO. The volume was not great enough for a penny stock trading in the triple zero's for there to be any significant dilution anyway.

Another interesting post from last year by PDC who is a knowledgeable Ihubber when it comes to shell plays. Notice that the company were posting financial information on pinksheets.com voluntarily last year as well as this year. Notice that the accumulated deficit has been reduced from over $700,000 to over $400,000 over the course of the year. This may mean that the co have sold some stock in light of the lack of revenues over the period, but $300,000 is not too bad IMO and certainly can't be considered rampant dilution.

I would be interested to know if you have had any contact with any company officers, the details of which you might share with us here.

Do you have any credible evidence to support your negative opinion? If you believe the company are dumping shares, how do you explain the lack of volume in this stock, even when PR's are released? Maybe I am missing something, but I do not see how the company could be dumping that many shares, when the volume is so low.
