Which means all the common shareholders will incur 100% Maximal Losses after 09/30/2019 unless some very smart and very lucky sellers could get out CRQE at 0.0001 ~ 0.00001 before all the common share's Inevitable Cancellation by the FINRA!

CRQE was traded between 0.0012 and 0.0001 during the past a couple of years with about 1B shares OS before it goes to the OTC GreySheet (i.e. WORTHLESS). In order to recover any CRQE shareholder's Giant Losses here, one should buy its OTC peer (such as SNVP or FONU: Same Bottom and Same OS count) at the Same cost base price with the Same amount of shares. Say someone currently owns 150M shares of CRQE at the cost 0.0002 (the current close price) a share, now he only needs to buy 150M shares of SNVP/FONU etc. peer at the Same price 0.0002, then he would hold and wait for 0.0004 (100% gain) to sell out all the 150M shares in order to recover 100% loss caused from owning CRQE; if anyone now owns 1M shares of CRQE at 0.0012 then he needs to buy 6M shares of SNVP/FONU etc. peer at 0.0002; if anyone now owns 2M shares of CRQE at 0.0007 then he needs to buy 7M shares of SNVP/FONU etc. peer at 0.0002; if someone owns 100M shares of CRQE at 0.0001 then he needs to buy 50M shares of SNVP/FONU etc. peer at 0.0002.

You can't go wrong by dropping $300 to $400 here and hoping for something to surprise us. I bought 1,125,000 shares of SOLI back in February for .0065 average which was a $7,300 Dollar investment. I have since profited $180,000 Dollars, and I still am holding 650,000 shares which is worth $400,000 Dollars in my account. I am waiting for NASDAQ Listing before I sell anymore off.

It's based on the "last activity". Essentially via Florida:

"5 year limitations period on debts founded on a written instrument and for a 4 year period on debts founded otherwise"

Your starting point is 2016..sometime after January 6th.

Looks like all of the notes were issued 2014 and 2015 so this debt is about to become victim to the statue of limitations. The price is cheap enough for a small lotto position. If something ever comes out of this CRQE can run to multi-pennies Quickly. This would be a nice shell for another company in the future.

I know they owed a lot of convertible notes before it went inactive, but I believe the statue of limitations is about to run out on this old debt. CRQE can basically start over as a clean shell. I am going to have to see when their last note was issued under the old filings. I am pretty sure after four years the debt ceases to be an issue.

Taking a look at the transfer agent (Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc.), there are multiple accounts that are not updated automatically.

And that's just all the companies starting with A... there's a whole list showing who the transfer agent serves.

The company is also still a registered business in Michigan.

So I don't think that is the case.

Wrong! All of this transfer agents accounts are updated automatically (by subscription with OTC markets) from the T/A's computer feed. Has nothing to do with CRQE.

Cirgue is no longer domiciled in Florida or registered to do business in any other state. The company does not exist. FINRA is simply lax in de-listing the ticker (which is nothing new) LOL.

All recent activity here has been based on fake emails, fake tweets and fake posts IMO.

Two Alleged Market Manipulators Sentenced in Parallel Criminal Case:

The criminal charges against each stem from the same misconduct alleged in the SEC's complaint filed on April 7, 2016, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. David Aubel, of North Carolina, and Robert Raffa, of New Hampshire, allegedly manipulated the stock of a company that purportedly developed waste processing and recycling facilities.

Raffa previously pled guilty to criminal charges and was sentenced on January 11, 2018 to two years in prison and two years of supervised release. Aubel pled guilty on November 28, 2017 to conspiracy, securities fraud, and wire fraud and was sentenced on January 30, 2019 to 87 months in prison and five years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution of $242,553. The SEC's litigation against Aubel and Raffa is pending.

The SEC Complaint:

1. The Defendants engaged in a scheme to defraud involving the publicly traded stock of Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc. (“Green Energy” or “EWRL”) from at least April 2012 through at least January 2013 (the “relevant period”). The purpose of the scheme was to obtain illegal financial benefit for Aubel and Raffa at the expense of innocent investors by selling shares of Green Energy’s stock to those unsuspecting investors at artificially high prices. Aubel and Raffa took steps to secretly acquire a large quantity of Green Energy stock and to disguise their ownership interest in the stock. Aubel and Raffa then manipulated, and thereby artificially increased, the share price and trading volume of Green Energy’s stock, before selling millions of shares of the stock to investors unaware of the artificial increase in price for proceeds of more than $1.6 million. The defendants sold the stock into a segment of the public securities markets known as the Over-the-Counter securities market, or the “OTC Market.”
