FDOC NEWS: Fuel Doctor Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement in South America
Fuel Doctor Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB: FDOC), a provider of innovative automotive aftermarket solutions, today announced it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement (the "Agreement") for its Platinum FD-47 power conditioner/fuel efficiency booster with Ecuador-based SENIBELLACORP, S.A. This Agreement gives SENIBELLACORP the exclusive rights to use Fuel Doctor's intellectual property and to market, distribute and sell the FD-47 fuel efficiency booster throughout the South American continent. The territory includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela. FD-47 is a patent-pending fuel efficiency booster that increases a vehicle's miles per gallon (MPG) by power conditioning the vehicle's electrical systems.
Per the terms of the Agreement, SENIBELLACORP will purchase from Fuel Doctor Holdings over 800,000 FD-47 units over the next five years for a total estimated purchase price of over $12,000,000. The Agreement may be extended for an additional five years and over $34,000,000 worth of additional FD-47 sales. The companies may also expand the agreement to include the sales of other Fuel Doctor products. SENIBELLACORP must meet five-year minimum purchase requirements in order to maintain its exclusive distribution rights in the territory. The first order of FD-47s is scheduled to ship to Ecuador by the end of January.
Ecuador-based SENIBELLACORP was founded by Patrick Villagran who has over 15 years of management operations experience with enterprises including Mac Tools, Hertz Corporation and Public Storage. He has led millions of dollars in sales at these organizations.

According to AutoSlug.com new car sales in key South American markets have shown strong growth. In Brazil more than 3.5 million new cars and light trucks were sold in 2010, an 85% increase since 2006. New car sales increased 50% from 2006 to 2010 in Argentina, and grew 25% in the same period in Colombia. Peru had 116,000 new car sales in 2010, triple the amount in 2006. The FD-47 works to effectively increase the MPG of vehicles that are 24 months and older.
