Hard to tell because is not current. Its in good standing and active in delaware. A/S is 50m. Last reported OS is 12m. It seems like 95% of that OS is restricted shares. Micro-float are very slow. When i play this tickers I buy small quantity with side money (usually less than $400). Because once a merger or news comes they go wild, but takes patience. That way i stay liquid to trade daily movers.
