TAB, that’s the kicker, there wasn’t anything I found other than he’s married with 2 kids. No death notice or obituary anywhere. His last address was what sounds like an apartment in Cincinnati. Also some condolences from his High School friends. This whole thing sounds like a remake of what happened with the original owner of PKG. So I’m kinda on the fence trying to believe any of it.

TAB, the man in the pic you have in the suit in front of the pkg sign is the same guy sitting at the bar in the pic I found and unfortunately he’s dead. He was put in hospice 2 weeks prior to his death. Someone Facebook me a message upon my request that he died, the pics match to a tee. He was 52 originally from Cincinnati Ohio.

I read on here somewhere some saying Eric is 71, which cannot be, of he is HS class of 89, everything I have found says our Eric is wither 53 or 51, which matches being class of 89

Judy, here is what I posted on this back in September of 2022,

The IR Dept does not have any more information beyond what is here publicly.
This PR was released to shareholders and appears to show the company intent
to clean up the ticker for this all to make sense. There is absolutely no
guarantee that will happen of course. Everything is currently a work in
progress.

I have not received anything further at all, except a direct email copy of the PR, back in January, I have tried calling and emailing Alan many times and have not gotten a response.

That I haven't heard of. Wesley would be a good candidate/fit obviously being he was once cfo for cbbt and more importantly looking to go public with his company. It would definitely be a blessing but doubt it would ever go that route.

Wesley Tate. Truly a stretch and could be a wildcard but who knows he could be in play for cbbt being he was the former cfo and he's looking to go public with his company from my understanding. Only question is what does cbbt's financials look like. The ones that were never processed. I imagine they would be in complete disarray/disaster. It's no wonder Eric never came thru with them.

It seems to me and it could be similar to what he did to investors here, but he was very evasive. Hardly any pics and from what I gathered used other people’s credentials as if he was a grifter and got in over his head

About 18 months ago someone on Twitter did some digging on eric. Don't know how legit it was but he went by diff aliases and seemed to move around country alot. New York, Cincinnati, Texas, California were several places mentioned. Also supposedly his wife is from NYC. Wish I took a screen shot of tweet but thought nothing of it at the time.

The picture being posted sure doesn't look like the pics I've seen of Eric. If he grad in 73 he'd be going on 68 years old. I have a current pic of him that I'll try and put up. Eric is thin with a graying afro, I must say I'm not convinced. During all the times we've been trading this nobody even knew what he looked like. We need to look into this further. Since when was he hanging in a bar in New York on Friday nights when he spent most of his time in Cali. Nobody is perfect in life but this guy single handedly ruined an entire company pkg but more importantly the livelihoods of the people who worked there. As for the screwed over cbbt shareholders that remained on the premise Eric was working on getting everything in order but only turned out to be lies/deceit. How this guy is being praised on fb is beyond me. Maybe those that know him personally have no idea what damage he has incurred

see if your current broker will put them on "paper."

They should be able to contact the Transfer Agent (or previous Transfer Agent) and you should be able to get a "paper certificate" of how many shares you owned.

I would "fight" your current broker since you bought shares, and you still own shares.....

Demand to speak to a supervisor, even though you can't trade the shares online, you technically have shares in a "private business" and your shares may be worth something someday.

Dont let them throw your hard earned money away, and document everything just in case (ie. time/date, names of who you talked to, how many shares you own and when purchased). You legally own shares, dont give up!!!!

Hi all, long time lurker.
I currently own shares in CBBT however my broker has advised they will no longer be supporting the market in which it was listed. I need to transfer my shares to another broker however no brokers will accept delisted shares. Does anyone know how I can keep hold of my shares as the broker has advised they will just be deleted from my portfolio.
I am based in australia if this helps
