Yes, what ever amount of shares you held from Cerebain Biotech you still own those shares. There still are variables to all this that lay ahead, too many to explain at this time. But if you held on this long, stay with it and wait it out. You really can't sell them, the company isn't back to being solvent yet. Lot's can happen, good signs here, however the choice is yours I by no means is an investment professional and just answering your question.

Boy did he ever. Not only that but he rubbed it in last year releasing the closing terms of pkg deal. Now this bs about investing into some diabetes company under the guise of cerbaine. And finally shutting down company website. Not to mention he ruined the livelihoods of former pkg employees by gutting entire company. Imo looking back it was all premeditated from the day he announced the pkg loi. His co-conspirator from ir is just as guilty.

Nothing personal Judy but imo you're reaching for something that I don't see attainable and that is cbbt coming back. Lemons had more than one year to do anything and he hasn't. Really he's had 2 years since the sec 1st reached out to him November 2020 to get his house in order and yet again he failed doing so. Only thing he and ir did was string along investors with lies and deceit for almost 6 months beginning 2021. He became more emboldened along the way by 1st announcing the closing pkg deal and now this supposed investment in a diabetic company. When I meant emboldened he rolled the dice hoping nobody would pursue legal action against him. Unless someone out there has been making a case with their respective lawyer I don't see anyone doing so being it takes money and time. Money and time nobody has. On a side note I appreciate your tenacity and always enjoyed your input over the last couple years. They've been very insightful.

It's strange to me because I 've never seen this happen before. We don't know why this happened. Maybe non-payment? Or like my attached link says Malicious Code or the site was Hacked? I mean why would anyone do that? It will be interesting to see what happens next.
