I use the desktop app for TOS. It was never replaced. It has said CBBT the whole time. It even kept the last value of trading when it was suspended until a few days ago when it went to .0001.

And this all could be easily explained. Here is how

TDA and Swhabb merged several years ago, but kept business practices separate, now they are in the process of truly being one organization

That could be why, they have to fix those things in order for the computers to not have a Hissy fit

The only thing I see different on TDA (TOS) is the value given to CBBT has finally changed from .0435 to .0001. Fidelity uses the cusip # 15672M106 to identify CBBT.

Question for you, I have TDA as well, and I thought they had taken the symbol off my acct and replaced it with CUSIP #, but a while I was looking at my positions and I noticed it had the CBBT there

Was I mistaken and the symbol was never replaced with CUSIP or ??

It would've been one thing when cbbt announced loi and would've kept mouth shut thru the whole process but it's another when stringing shareholders along saying they're working on getting everything in order knowing that was never going to be the case. It was all premeditated imo

I've been checking PACER and so far No filings against Cerebain other than years ago (Miller vs Cerebain) also nothing filed so far against Eric A. Clemons.

Lastly TAB sorry saying so but don't count on lemons making it right. As you know he had fair warning not once but twice to make it right and failed doing so at the tail end 2020 and 1st few months into 2021. It wasn't by accident. Why would he now 18 months later. Imo he would only open himself up to possible self incrimination. He didn't walk away empty handed tho especially to which you alluded to thru allen that lemons had 9 mil shares in his possession. If true I would have a hard time believing he just let those shares sit there and not cash out. I could very well be wrong with my thinking but highly doubt it.

Don't be shocked if a shareholder(s) have been taking action that nobody knows about. Unfortunately I have been on the receiving end one to many times with a ticker such as cbbt and on 2 occasions years later a letter would arrive in the mail stating a court order/suit has taken place being i still owned stock. Shareholders rarely get much if anything out of it compensation wise but satisfaction with the possibility bringing so and so to justice in a courtroom . If i was lemons I wouldn't get to comfortable just yet

Good post Judy, IMO - if I were running RDG - Reversal Diabetes Group I would demand Eric fix things in house before going any further with things or going public

Everything that went down @ CBBT Cwrebain Biotech Corp with filings, ignoring the SEC, stating they hiring my folks to get audits done and such, for all appearances, now look like a well orchestrated planned event

I just hope one day I have made enough coin elsewhere to hire a person like OTCLawyers to go in dig thru everything and lay the truth out publicly for all to see

I would really like to have everything layer out, no matter what the find or outcome, I want to know if we were lied to all, if we were, I would like those responsible held accountable

I would like to know why the SEC was ignored

Why filings never took place

If Eric truly did have $4mil dollars worth of stock (value at peak of $0.47) as I was told my Alan

If he did Why he never filed with SEC for having the approximate 9mil share count

Or if Alan lied to me, to make Eric sound like a stand up guy

I just wish I had recorded the conversation, cause that was the one and only time I had a phone conversation with Alan

All the rest were emails

Also what went on during the Cincinnati meet up Eric had with one share holder, none of the rest of us were invited, and I could have drove to said meet and back home easily each day

Eric trys screwing us on this deal with DRG I will do whateve I can to one day hold both groups legally accountable

You are not alone. I agree with your sentiment . Although IMO we are going to have to wait awhile for Reverse Diabetes Group to make their move to go public. If it was me I'd want to wait until Market Conditions were more favorable. That is assuming CBBT shareholders are even connected in some way.

Honestly, I don't know. I thought I had a good idea 2 yrs ago about Eric, but he intentionally ignored the SEC from what we know.

And could have fixed unaudited reports and came back filed audited reports later and did not.

This is bothersome, and like everyone I feel betrayed from all of the above

But, I hope that there was more to it all than we know, and I hope Eric is going to do the right by CBBT share holders

I have reached out to them several times the last month, and have not received one response

I know they read this site and others sites, so they know what we think and how this situation hurt folks, let's see what their next move is

I thought it had, but don't remember taking any screen shots of it

It does clearly show up as CBBT now, whether I login via app or the web

Do you remember if TDA has ever listed CBBT as it's cusip#15672M106? Fidelity & eTrade have been identifying CBBT as it's Cusip # and valued at 0. One strange thing about TDA is they have had CBBT with a Mark Change of .0427. I am surprised, I would think it would be referred to at Zero since it was delisted?
